A Hidden Gem Worth the Drive -…read more I first discovered Jeffrey Jewelry nine years ago when I purchased my wife's wedding ring from them. They impressed me with their responsiveness, and fair pricing. One thing that really stood out was their promise to always offer full trade-in value on the diamond -- a commitment that stuck with me. Fast forward to this past year, we decided to upgrade my wife's wedding diamond. Despite the time that had passed, Jeffrey Jewelry honored their original promise and gave us a more-than-fair trade-in value, which made a huge difference in making the upgrade possible. Their focus has always been on making the customer happy, and they truly delivered again. Although I live in Columbus, I didn't hesitate to make the drive to Tiffin -- and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Their level of service, honesty, and care is rare and absolutely worth the trip. If you're looking for a jeweler who treats you like family and stands by their word, Jeffrey Jewelry is the place to go.

I was back in Findlay recently (seriously, it's halfway between my home in Metro Detroit and my…read morefriend who drives up from Columbus, OH) and stopped in as I was looking for a couple of specialty feet for my Babylock Soprano (Tony). Fortunately, the repair guy was in and overhead my conversation and steered me clear of the foot that I was thinking of getting due to a flaw in the design causing problems. Anyway, I decided to sit at one of the chairs in the area to get a better look at one of the sewing tables that I don't have room for in my studio. Wait, chair? What is this comfort that I am missing at home? This chair has lumbar support, the seat tilts forward and back also up and down, the back goes higher and lower...everything that I have been looking for in a chair. It's made by the same company that makes the sewing tables, so it's gone through the vetting process for comfort for the home sewer. I looked at the price and gasped. Seriously? But the longer I sat, I decided that I was worth the money. On a weekend, I can be in the chair for 8 hours (getting up to let the dogs out, you know how that is) over the whole weekend. I deserve the comfort of a good chair. And it's on sale? Done. Does it fit in the back end of my EcoSport? Double done!

Out of all the Florists I've used over the years, Carriage House Florists is hands down the best…read morecustomer service I've received. I live in Cincinnati but needed to send an arrangement to Willard but wanted to use a florist that was local to Willard, OH. I'm glad that my search ended with the Carriage House. I worked primarily with Pam and I believe there was also a Becky who helped with my order. As this was a special arrangement for our family and in memory of a loved one, there was a lot of thought that went into the order. I was also very indecisive about certain aspects of the order too. That being said, Pam and Becky were extremely helpful, personal, understanding. They were very prompt in responses when I had last minute changes to the order. I would have been annoyed if I was working with myself as a customer but they had a "no fuss" attitude and treated me as a VIP. We had a combination of several messages that wanted to be included and they wrote all of them in the card "word for word". Being out of town and unable to attend the memorial services, they not only texted me after delivery and to confirm it was received by a human but they also texted me pictures of the beautiful arrangement. They were very fair in price and I felt very comfortable giving my debit card information over the phone. Charges came out as expected with no additional or surprise costs. Thank you Carriage House Florist for the amazing customer experience you provided!
