I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be sent to a very special lady. When I saw the photo of what was delivered, I was very confused. It looked nothing like what I had seen online. Well, four days of back and forth with From You Flowers, had gotten nowhere. Today, I am called from my little sister, whose number I put on the order, saying Ms. Connie would like me to call her. I did, and boy, am I glad! She was the sweetest lady. She sent me a photo of what From You Flowers placed for me. It was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I was looking at online. I sent her a photo of what I ordered. She said that she had all of these items available when the original order had been placed. Ms. Connie and her team put together a GORGEOUS arrangement and delivered them as soon as the could. Next time I order, it will be directly through Town And Country Florist. No more third parties, that's for sure! Ms. Connie and her team went above and beyond to make this right for me. And it truly means the world to me. Their customer service is is phenomenal. You won't be disappointed.

For the editorial page. Title; "RETTIG'S FURNITURE"…read more I am an eighty-eight year old handicapped man from Tiffin. After suffering a stroke fifteen years ago, I can no longer sleep in a bed. I have been searching for The Perfect sleep chair for two years. A friend took me to Rettig's yesterday. The recliner they had on the display floor was beyond my expectations! It has more features and benefits than Any other chairs I have seen. The service, selection and value were great. Dalton, the salesman did an excellent job of demonstrating and answering my questions. Kudos, Dalton! Mr. Tony Rettig, owner, came out of his office to shake hands. Here's what he gave me. 1. A sizeable discount. 2. Free delivery and set up. 3. Free pickup and delivery of my present chair to the Findlay Salvation Army. I am more than pleased. Ecstatic is the word. A definite answer to my prayers. My sincere thanks. John, rural "Tiffinite" !!!

They interact with everyone, remember regulars, help customers find items they are looking for, will pull items from the back if they know it's back there, always help customers carry their purchases to their vehicles... and I could go on and on! The store is ridiculously clean and organized, they don't put out stained or damaged clothes and their prices on the vast majority of items are amazing. I will say their prices on purses are a bit high and some of the items in the antique section are overpriced. The prices on clothing, toys and household items are always great and on Mondays all clothing and shoes are $1 each which is amazing since they only put out items in great condition. They are only open for a few hours on certain days of the week, so check before heading to the store to be sure they are open. Since the workers are volunteers it makes sense to have limited hours. Also another awesome thing is Chrissy puts out a video on their Facebook page before the store opens, she shows new items and walks around the store so you can see what's available. I love that! If I see something I really want I can be there when it opens and I know exactly where in the store it's located. All in all, like I said it's the best thrift around this area and knowing that they only put out working items, clean clothing and no junk makes shopping there a much more enjoyable experience.

Nurseries are a peaceful place to spend a bit of time, so I'm glad that I never feel rushed while browsing at Stratton's. The employees and owners are not only NICE but also knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. : ) The Strattons state they are committed to stocking only trees, shrubs and plants that do well in our local area. I have found this to be the case. The plants I buy (almost always on sale) do well. This business policy helps me feel confident about the purchases I make from them. I left disappointed, especially for the size of the place. My mom commented "this place isn't what it used to be". The second time I really took my time browsing and had much better luck, leaving with several items (at excellent prices). I later regretted not buying more! Normally I can tell within a second's glance if a booth is worth my time or not, but here you really should examine each booth. I saw things here that are no longer easy to come across in your average antique mall. I definitely have my favorite dealers here, but there really are great pieces scattered throughout the mall. They keep junk to a minimum and many booths almost look like mini museums (if you prefer flea market junk, by all means, head over to Maumee). The place is well staffed and everyone was nice enough. One small anecdote: they do apparently have a very small cabinet booth with Nazi paraphernalia. I only know this because I overheard customers pointing it out. I would have never noticed this cabinet otherwise, but I still think those objects belong in museums rather than antique malls.
