Every year, he handles my tax return with great care and precision--nothing is overlooked, and he always makes sure everything is done thoroughly and correctly. What I appreciate most is his consistency and reliability. No matter how busy the season gets, Jeff remains patient, responsive, and highly attentive to every detail. That level of professionalism is rare and truly builds trust over time. Because of my positive experience, I also referred a friend's company to Jeff for their business tax needs. They were extremely grateful for the introduction and even told me that Jeff has been a "financial lifesaver" for their company. He helped them navigate complex situations and brought clarity and structure to their finances. I started considering getting a tax accountant the year I began a new side gig which I knew would add some complexity to my tax situation. I was still leaning towards just using one of the free tax software options out there since it wasn't any crazy amount of extra money and plus, they were free. But I decided to get a few consultations set up and after a few unimpressive calls with other offices, I ended up talking to Sam. Since then, Sam's always been refreshingly straightforward in his services. He doesn't waste time, but zeroes in on what matters most--maximizing my returns and minimizing my stress. Plus, I've never had to waste time going in-person and taking care of physical forms since his office keeps everything digital and makes my job as easy as uploading my documents. Despite my initial hesitation over the cost of a professional vs free software, Sam's expertise has proven invaluable. He's done an incredible job with saving me money and the peace of mind that comes from knowing my taxes are in capable hands is priceless.

As a matter of fact we had another consultation with another firm before we spoke to the Carrillo's. That firm was more concerned with the challenges that come with a case like ours with little financial gain. My first call with Luis Carrillo was one I'll NEVER forget. His first reaction was one of empathy and compassion for what our families had experienced. He spoke to me as if I was his family. He took on our case, regardless of the obvious challenge, but Luis and Michael took our case because they knew that what occurred was WRONG. They did not take our case for accolades or financial gain. They took our case because they wanted to represent our families for what occurred. They spent years on our case. They were involved through the whole process. Not once did we ever feel like we were not their priority. They dedicated their time, heart and soul to representing us and went above and beyond just being our lawyers. They helped us understand every aspect. They put the well being of our families first and supported us every step of the way. I can't not recommend the Carrillos enough. They are talented, experienced and most of all they do it because of their passion to help bring justice to those who have been wronged in any way. They will represent you like their own.
