That included being placed on a waitlist, paying significantly higher fees, and no longer working with Kristina directly, but instead being reassigned to someone else on her team. What made this particularly frustrating is that this is not a large corporate structure where policies are fixed or inflexible. This is her business, and these are policies that have been recently introduced and are fully within her control. Applying them this rigidly, without any consideration for a long-standing client relationship, felt unnecessary and reduced a long-term client relationship to a transaction. After 6 years of consistent business, being effectively reset after one year of not needing services is difficult to justify from a client perspective. This ultimately reflects poor relationship management.
