The Lululemon is still there, but in a different spot than my last visit. The new location seems bigger now and they have a great selection of men's and women's fits. Another favorite is Nike, which has two different locations in the outlets. They also have other clothing brands, some newer toys and collectable stores, Bath and Body Works, a popcorn store and many other spots. They used to have a Jelly Belly outlet, but I didn't see it on my last visit, and they also used to have Starbucks. There is now a sushi restaurant in one of the business plazas, and there were food trucks selling different items as well. I noticed that while you'll still find some great deals at stores the savings also isn't what it used to be. It'll take some extra searching to get a really good deal, but depending on how often you visit you may get luckier. There's plenty of parking available and if you look at the directory and see stores that are worth it to you, check it out.

Nonetheless, when my girlfriend went to Livermore on Monday before Thanksgiving, it was packed. We came here on Wednesday and it was nearly deserted despite having much of the same stores and discounts as Livermore. It is definitely less walkable than Livermore, requiring you to cross the street to get between various plazas. But it is a great way to get 90% of the shopping experience for 50% of the stress.

While checking out, the cashier informed me that one of the pants I was purchasing was final sale and asked if I had tried it on. When I said no, he actually recommended that I do so before completing the purchase. I went back to the fitting room at 8:40 PM, and the store doesn't close until 9:00 PM. Two male employees were standing there talking, and when I asked if I could try something on, they told me the fitting rooms were already closed. I explained that it would be a quick try-on and that the item was final sale, but they still refused to open the fitting room. Closing the fitting rooms 20 minutes before the store closes--especially when customers are still actively checking out--is poor customer service. Don't call yourself Nordstrom Rack if you can't provide that level of service.

I searched in chaos.. I finally get up to the registers and I was surprised there was somewhat peace, register lines were short.. Two people in every line.. I told the register helper named Amira, I had trouble finding the chicken nugget nuggets and cream cheese.. Amira, the register helper said cream cheese is in the fridge and the chicken nuggets are in the freezer.. I told Amira where did u think I was looking?? And Amira replied I don't know.. I said customer service response would've been like; it's in this aisle.. Then the register person, I didn't catch his name.. said we don't have aisles.. I just stopped dealing with this annoying conversation.. I said I pay to shop and pay to be here.. and I let them know I was going to write a yelp review.. if the employees would have maybe made sure, Costco was stocked with those items, bc I would have unloaded my cart and came back in.. I understood It busy it was.. but couldn't believe the customer service responses..
