When we complained after one week and again after 10 days, we were told (never told this upfront) that they do not guarantee their treatment and were offered a "reduced rate" for a re-treatment!. Other companies we have dealt with in the past all stand behind their work (even though we never required a re treatment from them!) Very poor policies, not even conveyed to us. Thankfully, I was referred to Zafar from ASM Pest Control. He gave me 110% assurance that he will get rid of them. I was worried that I would have to get rid of my furniture. Especially as I had purchased a brand new Queen mattress - this would not have been financially feasible. Zafar assured me I did not get rid of my furniture. He advised me not to touch anything as he wanted to come and assess the situation and then begin treatment. The entire eradication process took about 4 hours and he even followed up with me 2 weeks later. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the ease in which Zafar took control of the situation. He knew my panic was at an all-time high so I especially appreciated the time he took to explain the treatment process. So if you've got bed bugs - trust me, all you need to do is give Zafar a call from ASM Pest Control. He's so polite and informative. I highly recommend!

Zafir was super friendly and non judgemental and so helpful. It ended up just being an annoying flee of some kind. I didn't use his service because my landlord wanted to do it himself, but if I was the home owner I would have had Zafir do it. Despite only charging me for an inspection, he was so nice and checked back with me to see how things were a couple days later. He even offered if I saw anything, he would come back for 10 minutes to give me advice free of charge which I thought was going above and beyond.

She was very polite and friendly and gave us several different options. She clearly explained each service and what was included and the price. After making several calls to other pest control companies The Bugman ended up being the best priced. We arranged for the company to come out and set up 8 bait stations. We were called by one of the companies technicians named Dylan to arrange a time for him to come out and assess the property for its needs. Dylan was on time and very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan explained the best locations to place the bait stations. Dylan answered all of our questions and gave us his contact information and told us that we could contact him if we had anymore questions. We were very impressed with this company. When I asked how long it would be until I had some relief he said "Well let's just see how it goes". What kind of answer is that? I called him 6 days later because there was no decline in bugs at all. I asked if he could come back out and spray more. He said "I'll have to call you back, I'm in the middle of something". A FAR superior service. I can't think of any reason to use an inefficient service like Atlas, except that they must be cheaper. However, I'd rather get rid of the rodents than save a few dollars.

FinalLy received service after multiple attempts. They came out and set traps. The first technician was great. No complaints. When I called the office to come deal with animals in the traps the girl in the office told me to deal with it myself. Other times I couldn't get through. They sent another technician unannounced to pick up the traps and take them back. I explained the problem wasn't solved so he left the traps in place. Came again unannounced to collect the traps and I explained the problem wasn't solved and he needed to deal with my husband. They sent me an email offering a quote to seal the entry point in the house now that the squirrels have been removed. The squirrels are still a problem and more aggressive then ever. Here is my big complaint. Technicians keeps coming by to collect the traps and coming in to our property without making prior arrangements. They even bother my elderly parents. I am afraid to open the door when a male, I do not know, comes by, aggressively knocks on all the doors and yells my name. I have CPTSD. This is very upsetting to me. He said he did not have my new phone number and couldn't get a hold of me. First I have left messages for the office so you should have my number. You have my address and email. You could have sent a message or written a letter. You could have even left a note. I am not comfortable with the technicians coming by unannounced and wandering around my property. I do not have a problem returning the traps. Please contact me through proper channels and make arrangements. My husband has also used this company before so you should have his contact info on file. I used to recommend Pest Detective. I will no longer be recommending. So now I still have a squirrel problem and now have men stopping by without appointments.
