They located my receipt from my CC details I provided. Emailed, and then called me back that day. The district manager contacted the store with the info she found and smoothed the way for replacements. I don't blame the store personnel, since I didn't have the receipt (but I didn't expect the shoes to fall apart so fast). But they have a long time customer from here on out.
