I went in on a Sunday to get my boyfriends iPhone 6 with Telus unlocked. They told me it would be…read more$85. The guy was nice. He told me the unlocking process would be 0-7 days. He explained to me that he would call once the phone is unlocked and all I had to do was connect it to iTunes on a computer. The next day the same guy called and told me I had to pay an extra $10 to get it unlocked. I asked why and he said he messed up on the prices. I went down and payed, and waited my time for it to become unlocked. Day 8. Still no call. I called there and a different man answered. He said that night at 8pm it would be unlocked and I would get a call. No call. I called again the next day and then he said 1-3 days. STILL NO CALL. I went down there to get my money back and I see on the wall "no refunds." Great. A different man was there who was older and much more rude. He asked for my receipt, I gave it to him, and he told me "this isn't our location this is Whitby handwriting". I told him I was 100% sure this was the location I came to. He didn't want to deal with me. He called whoever unlocks the phones and when he hung up he's says "it's unlocked why didn't you connect it to the computer." I told him I didn't receive a call and how was I supposed to know when it would be unlocked. Luckily I had my MacBook on me and I connected the phone. I inserted my virgin mobile sim and it worked. I asked the guy to cut my boyfriends wind sim because it was too large for the iPhone 6. He started to do so and it was very worrying... Luckily he finished and he had to actually sand paper it down for it to fit. We popped it in and it finally was working. Do I recommend this place? NO!!!! Never again. Go somewhere else.

They installed the dishwasher and took care of some plastic that was stuck in the drain plug. Their service was outstanding and very reasonable. My washing machine broke down a week after the dishwasher. It was 25 years old. They told me it wasn't worth repairing. I was so impressed with them that I bought a rebuilt machine from them. I highly recommend them for any type of appliance service and rebuilt machines.
