The screen worked but showed a wavy pattern now like wrinkled paper. The screen protector showed a clear point of impact. I took the iPad back to the store. They refused to do anything, and since I had taken it home before noticing the problem, I couldn't prove anything. Just check everything before accepting a repaired item back. The repaired charge port works fine and I have to live with the damaged screen.

Everything was fine until I got home and the keypad was not working. Every time I tried to open my keyboard, it would not come up. I take my phone back and wait over an 1 for the guy to tell me it was an update that caused this issue. He then tells me he will look into the matter and message me when he has more Information. I wait a week and did not hear anything so I message him and ask if he has sorted out the issue? Nope, he can try a few things and hope it works. Tonight I try and call the store because Google says their are open from 11 to 9. I tried calling twice and receive a message "text only". Please keep in mind my phone has now not worked for 2 weeks. I explain the situation and say I am leaving overseas tomorrow and is there anything that can be done for me. I get told to message the guy who changed my battery. I can not believe I am being bounced around. I just want my phone to work. I have attached the conversation and how unprofessional this guy was. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I will also be taking steps to report them to the better business bureau I have been extremely patient and understanding and then to be treated like this. I am shocked!
