After talking to the staff & front desk manager, I was truly impressed with their complete & genuine care regarding my major concerns & the costs associated with it. The manager was completly transparent about price points, affordable options, and did an excellent job in reassuring me their core values against up-selling on materials & maintenance that did not require immediate auto repair. I was booked within that week (they happily accommodated to my hectic work schedule). And also provided with their personal work warranty - including additional warranties on the parts (tires & break pads). I am beyond impressed with their pleassnt customer service, quick turnaround, and trustworthy guidance. This place is the real deal!
