I went to them after being told that the builder uses 84 Lumber for the fences they use. I went to…read morethem with the pictures of some of the other homes and asked to buy fencing. After looking it up in catalogs I ordered the fencing. I was told it was a special order and it should be in in 10 days. This was in November. It is now February. I called several times and promised a call back every time. Only once did they ever call me back and they have no idea when the order will be ready. As it is a "special order" I cannot cancel it even if it takes years foe the order to arrive. After 3 months one should be able to cancel. IT IS MY OPINION THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM UNLESS IT IS IN STOCK BUT AS FOR ME ILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

It's…read morecaused me more money and lack of satisfaction as I've renounced my high consumerism and have begun a more frugal life with less rapidly depreciation. I don't even wanna think about what I put out and into others pockets - no matter what was sold, profited from, lost - it matters not to me anymore - it makes my head hurt and body weak. This is not to say that I'm currently or ever Going Mobile (great The Who song) I'm not, but I had to pick up some mobile home stairs to replace the busted ones at the farm. If I were to knock a star off, it'd be about price, certainly not service - but a grand? With no railings - seems steep for what they are, but I'm not in tune with the market - so maybe it was a fair price, dunno. So if you had a mobile home, you probably need to understand they probably don't hold much weight. I noticed that there was nothing heavy in the stores inventory. Thin, not thick wall items, thinner tile it seemed to me for bathroom and kitchen - you don't want a collapsed home down the road.

Review: Be Aware of Delivery Damage and Lack of Accountability…read more I ordered a product and the delivery driver--hired by the company crushed my concrete in my driveway. When I reached out to the company, while the driver was still on my property they responded within seconds saying there was nothing they could do. What was especially frustrating is that instead of addressing the damage, they suggested that if I placed another order, they'd give me 10% off. Offering a discount after damage has already been done only if I spend more money felt completely ridiculous. I wasn't asking for anything major. A simple acknowledgment, sorry or gesture of goodwill would've gone a long way. But they made it clear they don't take responsibility for the actions of their delivery contractor. I paid the invoice, but I'm left with repair costs that should not be mine to deal with. As someone who has built multiple businesses, I know that customer service is what drives long-term success. In this case, it was sorely lacking. Bottom line: If you value your property and expect a company to stand behind the full customer experience--including delivery--think twice before ordering. I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same situation.

Also it wasn't even on there good and fell right off due to not using the proper screws to attach it. Perhaps an oversight of allowing an apprentice do the work and not watching him closer. I ended up having to run to the hardware store to buy the proper cover for the junction box that would actually protect it properly from water getting into it. This is a huge red flag for me when dealing with electrical. Aside from that, the job was done well and worked for my needs after I fixed their errors. I was expecting to be able to just put the ceiling fan up myself, as communicated, and go on but had to do extra work to prevent a huge fire risk and that's very concerning for their image as electricians.
