From the start, Chris and Matt made the process of sharing ideas and getting an estimate smooth and easy. They were professional, personable, and showed incredible attention to detail. If they noticed even the slightest flaw, they fixed it immediately. Our kitchen cabinets now look like they just came out of the factory--the workmanship is superb. Several reviews say this company does nice work .... my add is - if you can get them to appear!…read more Initially, we had an appointment to meet with Chris and Allison (owners) scheduled for Saturday July 24 @4:00pm. At 4:30 I texted Allison to see if they were coming. She immediately called me and explained that "time had gotten away from them because their A/C went out!" So we agreed that we would reschedule for Saturday July 31st. Again, - no show by Chris or Allison. No phone calls or texts from them either. Being an engineer in the construction business myself; I recognize the importance of communication, thoroughness, client relations. Each one of these areas was ignored by Allison and Chris. This in of itself, warrants concern of how well a project would be completed by them (if it got completed)?!?! To emphasize - they never called or texted back. My wife and I gave up our plans for the 2nd Saturday in a row in an effort to meet them. The lack of consideration was/is extremely disappointing. My suggestion to improve their customer relations: Hire a "planner/receptionist".

I wanted Crown Molding in different areas in my home and then a feature wall in my bedroom. He came over the next day to take a look firsthand. He was able to quote me with an estimate and seeing as how I had talked with a few other contractors I went ahead and accepted his proposal. I drew up blueprints onto an exact scaled down model for him to go by for the bedroom. A few days later he started and within 2 1/2 days had everything completed looking Fantastic. I was extremely impressed that he was able to execute the plans. I had drawn up for him in regards to my bedrooms feature wall. Artem takes his time and he is thorough.
