Casey and his crew created a space where my family can relax, make memories, and just enjoy being together. It's absolutely beautiful, and we are so grateful. But what really stood out to me wasn't just the amazing work it was Casey's heart. Without hesitation, he made a generous donation to the Sarasota Sun Devils Football & Cheer program. That kind of kindness and willingness to give back to the kids in our community means more than words can say. It's people like Casey that remind you what community is really about. Supporting local, lifting kids up, and giving them opportunities to do what they love. From my family and the Sarasota Sun Devils thank you, Casey. Everything they told us to expect was delivered exactly as promised. They provided expert guidance when needed and were very responsive to any adjustments we requested along the way. S&S Pavers even found and then coordinated with a screening company to complete our extensive project. They even helped move heavy items off the patio and put them back in place once our beautiful new decking was finished. We anticipated a huge mess from removing the pavers and cutting them to size, but the crew was incredibly professional and took great care to leave our patio much cleaner and more organized than we expected. We couldn't be happier with the results!

Rodrigo was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He was honest and realistic about timing, extremely responsive to phone calls and requests for site visits, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure the project went smoothly. What especially impressed us was that Rodrigo didn't simply come in and do the job we hired him to do. He took the time to understand our property and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both the appearance and functionality of the space. He also did a great job coordinating with our homeowners and board throughout the project. His crew was large, professional, and incredibly hardworking, and the finished project is beautiful. The transformation exceeded our expectations. We obtained more than 10 quotes before selecting a paving contractor, and S&S was also very competitively priced. In the end, we feel we received exceptional value for the quality of the work and the level of service. Rodrigo is an honest, hardworking guy who clearly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. We would absolutely hire S&S Pavers again for any future work and recommend them without hesitation.

He told me he would come out after the Christmas holiday and asked if I could email pictures, which I did. After the holidays I called him to see when he was coming out. He didn't remember me and asked that I send pictures again, as he had lost the ones I sent him. Again, no contact from him, so I called and told the secretary I needed a recommendation for another company because it had been nearly a month since my first contact and no one had shown up yet, so she sent one of their workers to look. Two days later I still have no estimate and they said Jessie was out of town and not returning phone calls. Now I have been set back almost a month with this project and have to seek out another contractor to start this process all over again. Bottom line, I would recommend steering clear of this business. Their phone goes unanswered a great deal of the time and they are obviously a very disorganized company.

My wife wanted to improve the lanai by having pavers put down. To do that right meant the pool…read morecage had to be painted and rescreened. Better I thought to just replace the pool cage completely. This meant getting estimates from several contractors and then trying to figure out did you make the right choice. I will be upfront that I am always suspicious of the lowest bid and try to find something in the middle of the pack; but after seeing five contractors, there was no middle: everyone was in the same ballpark. So then we go to a gut decision of who feels right. We made our decision but before saying yes to anyone, we had to find someone to do the pavers. Same process but bids all over the place. After doing as much research as possible, we made a decision and felt comfortable. We asked the paver company if there were any pool cage contractors they either worked with or could recommend. Here is serendipity: the very contractor we were going to use is the one they use. Oh, happy dance for me. Everything was coordinated through the paving contractor. We were called by Screenmasters of Sarasota, Inc. and they told us when they would arrive and what we needed to remove from the lanai: basically everything and into the garage it went. Screenmasters arrived and dismantled everything; and they suggested we remove some pigmy palms that were growing toward the screens. "O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!", I hated those pigmy palms. Unfortunately, if I wished to continue my marriage then some compromise had to be agreed upon. Three of the loathed palms would go, for now. To begin the process, Screenmasters needed a copy of the survey done when the house was built and a five hundred dollar deposit to cover permitting and order materials. After the pavers were done, Screenmasters returned. The job of replacing the pool cage took three days to do. The team arrived each morning and except for a lunch break worked through the day to around 5 pm. There were no corners cut. They didn't try to do things on the cheap. The pool cage looks great and is definitely well made and well put together. I was amazed watching these professionals at work; and at one point a crew member had to walk on one of the upper bars to tighten some screen they were not happy with. I wondered if he had trained with Nik Wallenda. The entire team worked well together, all knew what they were doing, and my wife is thrilled with the new pool cage. (and pavers) All I can say is if you want to either just paint and rescreen, they do that also, or replace your entire pool cage, then you need not worry when you hire Screenmasters: they will do you proud. At the conclusion of the job they will expect a check for materials and labor minus your deposit.
