You have been our landscaping person for the past two months. I haven't really spoken to all of the clients you are serving. However, those to whom I have spoken to are really unhappy with your work. You are always in a hurry!!. Because of that, you do not pay attention to the minor things that need attention. Namely, clean up, areas that are omitted, areas that need cleaning and grass that is so uneven because you push by so quickly. The client has to do things that your service should so automatically, e.g. remove small fences, open gates, tell you. The client has to tell you what they want done, instead of you asking. They consider your work sloppy! Always too much in a hurry!!!!
If you cannot handle the amount of work. PLEASE tell the clients. We do have other landscapers who are willing to work with us and not just give us the understanding that you know what we want. You do not always show up when you tell us. You have been asked many times to come and weed or spread bark, but you have never shown up, even when you told us. Please talk to us about all of this so we may work together or else look for someone else we feel more confident about. Please let us know what we can do to come to a more happy outcome. read more
