Glad I made the call! Both Front and back yard needed a serious cleaning, trimming and fresh bark. I've never paid anyone to do my yard work, but the idea of loading and unloading my truck..several times and waiting in-line to dump, convinced me to shop for a one time service. Tito was awesome! Immediately returned my call, came out the following day. Once we agreed to my requests, a crew of 3 was out there within a matter of 3 hours and worked 1 1/2 days cleaning and trimming. We are so happy to find someone who could help us with our yard, since we have not been able to do it for the last two years. It is in pretty bad condition and will need alot of work over time. I talked with Tito and he sent Hector to us the very next morning. He went right to work and the yard looked great! He explained different things that we could do to help with our "bumpy, lumpy" lawn among other terrible areas. Couldn't be happier. They are extremely nice, on time and professional. Tito did a good job on the first visit when doing the big yard clean up job. I decided to hire them for bi weekly maintenance. He said they will call me to let me know when they will be coming over for the yard work. They have failed to do this so far. In fact I have had to call THEM to remind them to come at all. Work that was originally agreed upon has not been done since the workers do not know what they need to do other than just mowing the yard and trimming (Job package was agreed to include weed pulling, trimming plants, edging, picking up dog waste, and mowing sidewalk along with the main yard). The workers that came over either did not speak English, or spoke very little, so I couldn't tell them what I needed done. I called Wednesday to schedule for yard work. They agreed to be here Thursday at 10 and never showed up. I called again at 10:30 and got hang up on. Not the customer service that I would expect to get when dealing with someone that had such high ratings. The inconsistent work and having to remind them every time is frustrating. The price would be fine if the work agreed upon was being done. They also only accept cash, which might be OK if the workers that DID show up knew how much to charge or didn't leave when you went inside to get the money. read more

I was desperate to have my back yard cleaned up before a family gathering. I called Tito's and he gave me an estimate and his crew was here the following day. They did a marvelous job!!! My yard has never looked this good. One could not see grass from the fallen leaves. The crew worked continuous and it looked lovely when done. We are not talking a normal back yard- their job was to cleanup more than three quarters of an acre. I will highly recommend Tito's and will be hiring them again. read more

Was looking for a full service yard maintenance company to take care of my yard. Contacted Tito and briefly discussed what I was looking for. Set up a time (Saturday at 10:30) for him to come to my residence to view the property and access what would be needed and necessary to put a bid together. Never showed up! Never called! Never e-mailed! Never texted! Just stood me up and wasted my time. Obviously, they are not interested in any new business. Must be nice to blow off potential good clients. Can't imagine how they treat their current clients. Couldn't be much better than how they treated me. I look at it as their loss and not mine. We are getting our house ready for sale and talked to different companies , by chance we came across Tito's business card ... and gave him a call , he came to the house later that night and gave us a quote that was far less than the others . Tito came to my home upon request to give a quote for some yard work that I needed to have done. The quote he gave me was 400.00 dollars to get this project started, which I thought was a bit high, but if the work was good then I didn't mind. I, at this point was even unclear what work was to be done... As there were multiple projects discussed. He said they would be out Saturday weather permitting. We waited around ALL day Saturday... But we had an appointment to get to that evening at 5:30pm and at 3:30 the workers showed up unannounced. they said this job was bid wrong and they wouldn't have enough time to do it. They called Tito, then came back and said they will do it but the job was too big and Tito underbid it... So I tried to get in touch with Tito and there was no answer and no return call or response to the text I sent. So about 4pm they started working After returning from my appointment around 7pm, the workers were gone and it was very apparent the work was not done to my expectations. We noticed the one flower beds was only half weeded, the hillside was weed-whacked poorly leaving scotch broom plants which are invasive. The garden around the waterfall, if it was weeded it was done so poorly you couldn't tell. The bamboo garden looked pretty good as did along the street. But this work in my head couldn't have equated to that amount of money. Weeding 3 flower gardens and weed wacking a hill side. ... Not to mention while doing this they removed a good portion of beauty bark that was just applied about a month before. So now I'll hafta spend another hundred dollars to replace that as well. ... Too rich for MY blood. I doubt that I would ever use this service again. Good way to run a business Tito. read more

My yard was a mess! I kept telling myself that I would do it. Never did. Never did yard work. Tito's team came and in one day, cleaned the entire yard. So nice. Hosted a bbq with all of my friends on the following weekend and everyone commented on how nice the yard looked. People were strolling through the yard. No blackberries and weeds. Tito and his crew offered to pick up supplies at Home Depot on the way to my home. I had had a few yard crews work on the front yard, but it never fully came together. Tito came in and with a full day's work completed a block wall to retain dirt flowing into the street, made block stairs off of an existing block wall, planted several plants, borders, and even offered to work into dark raking newly laid gravel. I am so grateful to him for such a productive day, and the cost is well worth it. He is honest, easy to work with, and I have the utmost respect for him. Thank you Tito and your crew! read more

Probably the worse Yard maintenance company you can hire. The only reason I hired them because of so many positive review, but they seem to be fake, and I totally agree with people who gave them 1 star, if I could I would give them negative stars. I hired them to trim the trees and for regular maintenance, first time Tito came in to provide a quote, after we agreed on the price, he sent his crew out for the initial clean up. They did not seem to know what need to be done, and I had to tell them what Tito and I agreed on. The guy kept saying that it was too much for the price, and it should have been $500 more. After the initial clean up, they showed up once to do regular maintenance, and they were suppose to come every other week, but it has been almost a month, and they have not come to mow the lawn again. I have called Tito plenty of times and texted him, but he does not reply to texts nor answer his phone. read more
