We purchased from Best on the recommendation of a neighbor who left a (very positive) review here…read more We purchased new appliances for our entire house - fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately, the washing machine has never worked. Their service people came out and misdiagnosed the issue repeatedly, ultimately instructing us to re-wire our outlets and install non-code compliant outlets. Bad advice, and that was ultimately proven to not be the issue. As we tried to fix the issue, the manufacturer's warranty lapsed. Reluctantly, we paid an additional $500 out of pocket (on a $1000 machine) for their service techs to come back out and install various other parts, but without ever fixing the machine. From day 1, the machine was a lemon. And to this day, the machine is not working. Best's sales staff's proposed resolution is to charge us full price for a new machine. Phone calls to management go unreturned. They give bad advice, don't stand behind their work, and clearly don't care about fixing issues for their customers. Needless to say, we've taken our business elsewhere and will never go back to Best for any reason. Do business here at your own risk. Zero stars.

The estimate was unclear about labor charges. if you make the mistake and hire them do yourself a favor and track the labor hours by the minute. They are completely random.
