Unfortunately, the washing machine has never worked. Their service people came out and misdiagnosed the issue repeatedly, ultimately instructing us to re-wire our outlets and install non-code compliant outlets. Bad advice, and that was ultimately proven to not be the issue. As we tried to fix the issue, the manufacturer's warranty lapsed. Reluctantly, we paid an additional $500 out of pocket (on a $1000 machine) for their service techs to come back out and install various other parts, but without ever fixing the machine. From day 1, the machine was a lemon. And to this day, the machine is not working. Best's sales staff's proposed resolution is to charge us full price for a new machine. Phone calls to management go unreturned. They give bad advice, don't stand behind their work, and clearly don't care about fixing issues for their customers. Needless to say, we've taken our business elsewhere and will never go back to Best for any reason. Do business here at your own risk. Zero stars.

I also detest that there people at a music festival and living in near by kibbutzim were killed, s@chalky assaulted, and or kidnapped. I met with them. Would I go to the center and see a sign that would cause me to feel emotionally unsafe by ignoring any aspect of complexity or the complicity of each side? I shared with Eli and he was gracious. But he kept the sign out. So with a broken heart, I bought my veggie plants at other shops at the market and I'll take a pass on the tree I'd wanted to buy. Couldn't they simply have added a few words of empathy for Israelis? The phrase "Bring the hostages home" would have been a comfort. It wouldn't diminish their identification unless they support hostage taking which I doubt. But I don't know. So sad.

Had Bubs out to fix two small leaks and prime our well pump. My mistake was letting them start…read morewithout asking for their rate or an estimate. Getting water running again was our priority but he suggested starting on the leaks. Not long after beginning, Bub's father told me they couldn't attach their fitting to the well line because water was coming through; realizing my well line is gravity-fed after beginning. I had to pull the well line above the water level myself before they could install a shut-off valve. My well cover is about 300lbs and the line is 8ft down. I'm not sure what their plan would've been if I was not there. After saying the water was flowing again, they later told me my pump was done for and not to run it. They quoted $925 for a new pump, not including labor. With two hours of labor, the bill also came to $925 and my family was no closer to having running water. The materials installed were six feet of copper pipe, several compression fittings, a shut off valve, and a pipe hanger. I called another plumber afterward, who knew right away (just from a phone call) that my pump was fine. He had it running smoothly in minutes by clearing a port of sediment and then adjusting the pressure switch. Bub talked a lot about his experience and showed up with help but needed me to find a way to stop the water in order to address the first leak and then either missed or ignored the step that would've gotten my pump working. Their website claims they're transparent and budget-friendly, but I wasn't told his extreme rate upfront, the bill wasn't itemized (still waiting 9 days after he confirmed he would), and I nearly paid for an unnecessary pump replacement. Leaving 2 stars because the copper work itself was solid, but charging $250 per hour for six feet of easily accessible pipe work feels unreasonable. Being given the wrong diagnosis on the pump was unacceptable and raises concerns about their expertise or honesty.

Every time there was a problem I called over to the plumbing department and said hey this has happened and the guy doesn't know what to do. PS that plumbing work failed and my son and his best friend fixed it as my son used to work for my construction company so I am very familiar with Plumbing. Naturally, we decided not to go back to Simple Energy because we were so disgusted with their work and because the dispatcher was so incredibly rude to me over the phone. He complained that I was spying on his worker while the worker was at my house and I just closed it. I had cameras and of course the cameras are monitored so hello. What he was mad was is that I knew he sent me someone who was really not qualified to do the work . In any case I had put this ridiculously bad Plumbing experience behind us when today a Simple energy propane truck drove through my backyard after delivering Propane to my next-door neighbor. I called Shawn at Simple Energy And said this was not acceptable especially because the driver didn't see me and almost hit me and our puppy as he zoomed through my backyard. You can't trespass you can't drive across my yard, especially if you're not delivering to me two strikes against the company. I don't know if they hire bad people or what but all in all I'd say I had a crummy experience.
