She refuses, literally refuses, to pick up her phone. Unable to leave voicemail at all three business numbers because mailbox is full or mailbox has not been set up. Imagine renovations being done on your kitchen and the owner refuses to communicate. Workers never, ever showed up. In fact, no one has been here for over two weeks. No phone calls from anyone. Cabinets were so poorly installed they have to remove them and re-install with new ones. This was supposed to happen numerous times. But of course no one has ever showed up. Most recently, someone was supposed to tear down new cabinets this morning at 8:00. Never happened. I have had no plumbing in my shower for eight weeks. Finally, last night, I had to figure out what the problem was to get water to the shower. Sent owner specifications for a new fridge, before I purchased it, to make sure it would fit in allotted space. She never read the specs, but did tell me it would fit. It does not fit. Cannot open the door! Workers broke a brand new ceiling fan I had installed a few months ago. Microwave is over six feet from the ground making it unreachable. Cabinets don't have backboards on them, large holes were cut out to accomodate tiny pipe. All the drawers are inoperable/fake except for two 12" drawers! Imagine working with two drawers in a kitchen. Asked that tiles be placed underneath bathroom vanity. Never happened. Incorrect countertop is installed. Not the one I chose. Not even close to the one I chose. Fabiana threw out my brand new knobs and pulls and $250 faucet. She tells me my budget for new knobs and pulls is $3/each. Unless I buy the cheapest, ugliest knobs/pulls available, there is NO such thing as a $3 knob. Electrician was supposed to change out outlets/switches/install circuit breaker for new microwave yesterday. They showed up. Counted how many they needed. Went to Home Depot to get the supplies and NEVER CAME BACK

She will lie and lie and continue to lie and then stop responding. She has broken every promise she has committed to and has complete disregard for the homeowner. Her crew never shows up when she says. And when they finally do they do beginner quality work. She claims they are the best in the business, I guess if you ignore the fact the every single floor tile is not corrected leveled and the tile cuts are jagged. Save yourself the stress and find someone who won't scam you. I'm learning the hard way and going to be taking her to court. Oh and she promises to cover all furniture and seal off work area. Don't count on that. They don't protect ANYTHING. My entire home is destroyed.

We hired our own designer, and she created a preliminary design so we would have an effective way to communicate what we wanted to our potential contractors. Next, we started interviewing contractors. We talked to contractor after contractor and could not find anyone we felt could do the job, we felt comfortable working with and were open to using our design. Finally, we met Stan from Royal Remodeling and Design. He was the first designer we spoke with who inspired our confidence, had great ideas to add to our design, and a realistic approach to the project. Stan was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful. He was able to expand the room around our central island, so now two or more people can easily work in the kitchen at once. He changed the cabinet sizes from custom to semi-custom, which had no impact on the finished product but saved us a significant amount of money. He provided us with a detailed design for the project. Having this detailed design was a key reason the project went so smoothly, and we were so pleased in the end. When it was time to start construction, Vic took over the project. Royal set up a group text, and we knew every day who was coming and when. We really appreciated Royal's respect for our time and almost daily communication. Whenever any issue arose, we knew we could text Royal and they would be right on it. Vic was at our home most days and was on top of every aspect of the project.
