There are a lot of reviews on both google and yelp about the lack of service. My daughter and I visited Gigi's twice. The first time we went we were not greeted or treated nicely. We both figured they were busy so that is why. Today we went and same thing! No hello, no acknowledgement from anyone including the owner! Before we left my daughter said goodbye to everyone and to have a great day. No one replied. We didn't want to cause a scene, so my daughter immediately called and spoke with the owner herself. It is funny for someone who has been a business owner for over 60 years should know basic customer service. She kept saying "I was not there, I was not there". I needed to leave a review regardless on BOTH yelp and google even though my daughter spoke to the owner. Just don't waste your time going here.. rude people and not that great of a selection. read more

My daughter has ordered so many white dresses for graduation from all my (not so) favorite stores she loves to shop at - Princess Polly, Beautiful Boutique to name a few. At one point i realized the returns were costing me more in return fees and time so her closet is bursting with white dresses and she still hadn't found "the one." Then one day she said that her friends had a lot of luck finding a "designer" white dress at Gigi's Closette and we should make an appointment. I clarified that designer didn't mean Prada and was more along the lines of Amanda Uprichard so that it was in our budget and made an appointment for a Friday afternoon. I could see why we needed an appointment because there were sooo many girls coming in looking for graduation dresses and other occasions. They had a great rack of white dresses and my daughter found one immediately. It had a slit she didn't love, but the seamstress was also there and said she could easily close it up for us. Done! I then had to make another appointment for a few weeks later to pick up the dress. Beyond the rack of white dresses their clothes weren't really our style, although i did spy some Generation Love clothing that was super cute. They also had some great jewelry and my daughter walked out with a bubble initial necklace and some cute hoops. And we bought a necklace for her friends bday. They keep a running list of the dresses the girls all buy so no one shows up in the same dress. We were the only people from Glencoe so didn't really matter for us (and personally i think all these white dresses look the same), but helpful if your daughter goes to a school and they all shop here. read more

I cant even emphasize enough how bizarre this shop is. I came in just to look one weeknight. Luckily there was a family working with the one saleslady so I was able to be left alone. The dresses are bagged but crammed into the racks so tightly you literally have to use your entire body weight to yank them out. And here you are, in this ridiculous purple shag carpet & mirrored showroom straight out of Videodrome and it kind of takes away from the whole experience - ya know? The shop is tackytackyTACKY - especially on the first floor (I dont recommend ANYTHING on the first floor unless you are striving to look like Linda Richman from the Mike Myers SNL skits - you know "Kawfee Tawk"??) But the best - the BEST part was when I was in the dressing room, simulataneously wrestling into a 70 pound dress and marvelling that none of this shop's customers complain about this bare patched, kinda stanky feeted carpeting from 1983 - the saleslady comes in to check on me. I tell her I am not thrilled with the dresses I had pulled at that point. She asks a bunch of questions and comes back with an armful of new choices. I notice that many of them are marked Size 4 and Size 6 - not even close to my size. As I say this she grabs one and proceeds to hold it up against me. "see?" she says "just like trying it on". Wait... WHAT? NO IT ISNT!!! Sorry - but holding a dress up in front of you IS NOT the same as trying it on!!! And I am supposed to give you money - a minimum of 2 grand - after this? Oh...my god! No...sorry I dont think so. I am glad to see other reviewers had better experiences, but this place is just weird. I popped into Gigi's because of its convenient suburban location in search of bridesmaids dresses in a teal/jade color. I'll say this: there's no shortage of staff or help here, though the women seemed a little disorganized in the dividing and conquering between the customers they were going to help. I had 3 separate ladies approach and try to help me, all of whom invaded my personal bubble when speaking to me, to the point that I thought one was going to give me a congratulatory hug on my upcoming nuptials... that almost got VERY awkward. Sales associate style ranged from gruff and off-putting to sincere to scatterbrained. Gigi's did have some sample dresses in the shade I was after, and I was happy to have my bm try on some of the said dresses, but here's a huge dislike: they cut the tags off, so you don't know who the designer is. I didn't really pay attention to whether the price was there bc I wasn't planning to order with Gigi's, based on my other impressions. It's ok for some window shopping, I guess! read more

I told the sales people my budget and they came up with many possibilities. They were honest and helpful and worked with me to find the dress that not only looked the best but that I felt best in. This store seems to have a pretty good selection, but it wasn't such great customer service when I called specifically to ask if they had flower girls' dresses in a particular color-- peach-- and the woman on the phone said yes. Then, when I got there, I found the same woman, who told me to look at styles first then she'd check to see if they carried it in peach. I selected about four or five dresses I liked, and lo and behold none of them came in peach! In fact, none of their flower girls' dresses at all come in peach! I went in with my mother to find her a cocktail dress. It was quite busy. We waited for about 15 minutes. No one said hello or anything at all. We walked around and actually got dirty looks from the sales people. I would have appreciated at least someone saying "we are really busy right now but some one will be with you in a minute". We felt invisible. At the end I told my mom that I am going to dance around the entire store and if no one says a word we will leave. Not one person even looked at me. We left. I'm so disappointed in their (lack of) service and communication. I ordered a bridesmaids dress in December for my sister's late April wedding. They didn't have any short dresses so I ended up ordering a long one and the staff at Gigi's promised it would be easy to shorten. It was supposed to come in the first week in March. I didn't hear anything so had to call them and they kept giving me the runaround about when it would be ready. It ended up coming in 2 weeks before the wedding. I am pregnant, experiencing massive morning sickness, and dealing with childcare for each fitting for my son. They showed NO empathy - just kept calling me "sweetie" and telling me the dress is "beautiful". I came in for alterations and one seamstress took care of me. When I went back for the second fitting, it was like nothing was done and the original seamstress wasn't there. The second seamstress refused to shorten the dress to above the knee because she says that I didn't bring my shoes with me. No one told me I needed to bring them to shorten a dress to above the knee from long length. Needless to say, she refused to shorten it and I had to come back a third time. She also claimed that they did take care of the shoulder strap shortening, but clearly they didn't since it was still loose and ill-fitting in the chest. Before coming back for the third fitting, I scheduled my appointment. They told me that they were "too busy". Then they told me that this was for the wedding in Florida (it wasn't) and didn't seem to know that it was already Wednesday and the wedding was that upcoming SUNDAY. I told all of their staff several times over the phone and in person that the wedding was on April 28 and wanted to make sure it was done on time. Clearly, they thought I was someone else in someone else's wedding. So, I was understandably stressed. They made it seem like it was a huge chore to fix the length and press it and kept saying that I had to come back another day. All in all, the cups to the dress were way too high. The dress fit fine but it took way too many alterations appointments AND I'm positive that they overcharged me ($140 to shorten the dress and pick up the shoulder straps about 2 inches). If I could do it all over again, I'd go elsewhere/buy online and take it to someone else for alterations. All the stress and headache for a $270 dress with $140 of alterations. Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced! Made appointment to go in with my daughter get to look for prom dresses. She found one she loved. They said it came in new colors but did not have color swatches . They took my information said they would txt me sane day the color swatch. No txt called next day Danielle said she would call and txt me back with color swatch. I wanted 4 days called bay spoke with owner. She had an attitude and said Danielle probably never got the swatch! Well ok a phone call saying they are still following up would have been nice! NO SUCH LUCK! Owner said she would absolutely call me back same day or next! It's been one month!! No follow up at all!! I found the dress in the so called new color at a different dress shop and it was $100 dollars cheaper!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE !! No wonder they changed locations and made it smaller!! They cannot keep any customers happy!! read more

Ah, wedding dress shopping. Every little girl pines for the day that she gets to try on a dozen dresses and feel like a princess. Yeah, sure, whatever. Seriously, I hate normal dress shopping, let alone shopping for something with an exorbitant price tag, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Gigi's was the first place I went, and despite the purple carpet and bright wallpaper, this place was set up in a way that worked. I can't remember the lady's name who helped me, but she was definitely from somewhere in Europe that definitely lets its ladies be bossy. She led me to my personal dressing space, asked me what style I liked (I showed her pictures), showed me where the final sale gowns were, and helped me differentiate where NOT to look, given my budget. And then she let my friends and I go to town. Despite taking me to task a few times for not wanting to wear shoes with the gowns, I kind of enjoyed her help. She was able to grasp the style I liked, helping pick out gowns that miraculously looked fantastic on me. In fact, all of my friends were shocked that I was able to find so many samples that looked great. She even had the exact style of dress that I had picked out of a magazine, something I figured doesn't normally happen. Being able to pull the dresses ourselves was an obvious plus here, and it was organized, so I didn't feel like I was digging through a dozen racks of gowns. Unfortunately, we ran short on time, so we had to leave before I tried all the dresses on, but I will definitely be back. And then, I can add more to this post. Edit: I went back recently to try on dresses again, and I couldn't stand it. The first time, I was just amused by the bossy lady with runny make-up, but the second time, I wanted to slap her silly. I tried to be nice to let her know I didn't want her input, but she still interfered and actually hustled me up to a mirror to make sure I could see the back of a dress. Even if I had found the perfect dress there, I would have found a way to order it somewhere else. Terrible experience! read more

This review is late (my wedding was in July 2016), but I cannot say enough great things about Gigi and Christina! I found my wedding dress at Gigi's after looking at a bunch of other stores to no success. Gigi's has a huge selection and at the end of the day, I found two dresses that I loved. With a simple phone call, Gigi was able to talk to the designer and add/remove elements to make one dress with everything that I wanted. We received the dress in a timely manner (earlier than expected to be honest but that might not be in the norm). You then come in for ~4/5 fittings with Christina, who is an expert seamstress. The entire staff is super helpful and some of the nicest women you could meet. I can't thank them enough! read more

We made the mistake of making this our first stop for wedding dress shopping. The woman we met with could best be described as crabby and angry. She had us pick out the gowns we were interested in trying on. When we tried to stop and try on dresses, she insisted we pick more because we had to try them on all at once. This is where I got THE DRESS! I came here with my Aunts and cousin on a rainy Thursday evening, it was my first time trying on dresses, and I was hesitant. Its a big decision, and well, I am not very good at making big clothing decisions..... Anyways, Magdalena helped me find some dresses to try on, and after a few dresses there was nothing that seemed even ok... then all of a sudden she had a light bulb moment.... and she found a dress that was discontinued. I put it on, it clearly, it was it. Being as finicky as I can be, I decided to wait to purchase - when my mom was in town and after I had been to a few other places. Fast forward to another rainy day - my mom, MIL, MOH, MOH's BFF, SIL (oh yea get down with the abbreviations), we pulled into Gigi's, and it was PACKED. I mean women everywhere in every state of undress. But, I found a dressing room, put the dress on and that was it. Gigi's has a plethora of fun accessories and veils to oogle over as well. Its a great resource for fancy dresses, mother of the bride or groom dresses, or dresses if you are heading to a black tie affair. I would highly recommend going on a week night evening, as its much less crowded, and it seems like you get a bit more personal attention. Its no "Say Yes to the Dress", where the sales associates are crawling all over you, and pulling for you - you kind of take a look, explain what you like, give your size and go from there. The other great thing about Gigi's is they have tons of sizes - so it suits any size bride. I have not started the alterations yet, will make sure to update when I begin to wrestle with that beast! read more

I've been in here 3 times; twice to help my sister and BFF for their wedding dresses, and the most recent time to look for my own dress. Yes, it looks like your sassy grandmother's house where everything is purple including the carpet, and if you can look past the decor and their "semi private" dressing rooms, you might have an ok experience here. The first floor is where all the special occasion and accessories are, the 2nd floor is all the wedding related dresses. When you get upstairs, one side of dresses is under $2000, and the other is $2000+. They have 1 rack of "plus size only" dresses, 1 rack of flower girl dresses, and 2 racks of bridesmaids dresses. I walked in without an appointment, and Magdalena was still able to give me a lot of attention. She was happy to hear what my style is and always had on a smile, even though she brought me a handful of dresses I adamantly said "no" to without even trying on. She is truly a sweet lady, however, I did not end up buying a dress here. They have a seamstress on site who can add bling, straps, cups, you name it. Also, they do have a strange policy about not disclosing the dress designer until you purchase it (at least for bridal gowns, not sure about other dresses). Makes it hard for any consumer to trust that their prices are fair. read more

I had just come from a fabulous appointment with Doris' Boutique in Highwood where I had found a wedding dress I reeeeally liked, but since it was my very first stop in dress shopping, I didn't want the fun to end, so we grabbed lunch and kept the fun coming... until we got to Gigi's. My bridal love and joy balloon was popped. My mom and I walked upstairs and there was a woman looking at coupons as we wandered around trying to find a saleslady. A minute later, Ms. Coupons offered to help us. She was gruff. She was curt. She was EXACTLY the opposite of what every blushing bride to be wants!!! I hated the presentation of the dresses. I hated how Ms. Coupons didn't offer to help me get into the gowns and how she half-heartedly tried to clip me into them. I practically wanted to run out of there. Learn some customer service!! My reviews on Yelp are usually 3, 4, or 5 stars. It is not often that I have such a bad experience. Beware. And keep your bridal balloon inflated by avoiding this place!!!! read more

OK: I know Will and Grace has been off the air for a while now, but get with the times, Gigi's! I rolled in here with my friends (three girls and two queens) and was the only bride in the store. After demanding all of my personal information (seriously, just short of SSN and zodiac sign), the attendant left us to wrestle the racks by ourselves. She watched us like we were pick pocketers. Listen, Lady- there just isn't room for your hoop skirted ballgown in my handbag. Once she saw my male friends going through the racks with us, she demanded they wait in a separate area in the front of the store because 'of the changing rooms, the ladies in the changing rooms.' Except NO ONE WAS CHANGING in the changing rooms. No one was even in the store but us! When I assured her that these boys aren't exactly interested in getting a peek at (nonexistent) naked ladies, she still insisted that they wait in a separate area. Then she retreated to the back area, where she could stink eye us without actually offering any kind of service. We left shortly after. Too bad for me, because the selection seemed fabulous, and reasonably price. read more

I will never go to this store again. I was having a destination wedding in Vegas and wanted a bridal gown, and the sales people turned their nose up at me. They felt because it was a Vegas wedding (at Caesar's Palace and not a 24 hour chapel) and I was having a small bridal party, that I was not to be taken seriously and they didn't want to waste their time with me. Because my mother was set on Gigi's, I was stuck and literally had to force the sales lady to pull gowns from the racks as she tried to point me to cocktail dresses. Each dress I put on, she had a sour expression, as if how dare I try on a gown. We found a dress finally, but the alterations were terrible and they ordered the wrong veil for me too, trying to tell me I'm wrong and that I ordered that veil style---which I certainly did not. I can't say enough about Gigi's. The store is an institution on the North Shore! I've been going here since I was in highschool (I'm in my 30s!), and I've never been disappointed. Not only do they have the most wonderful gowns and accoutrement, the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I went in today looking for a dress I saw at a different store, and it was hanging right in front of me! I think it was fate. Especially when I found out the dress I saw at the other store was a knockoff! To pay so much money for a knockoff, is ridiculous, especially when it's $500+, I'm so thankful Gigi called the manufacturer to confirm, I'm happy to bring my business to her. I had a wonderful experience here. You can not make an appointment, but as soon as I came in I had people helping me locate the dresses I had looked up ahead of time, and Judy started helping me find my dress. They had a large selection and a beautiful sale rack where the dresses were beautiful, undamaged, and nicely priced. Each of the people I worked with were helpful and courteous. Judy did not try to push me in a dress out of my range and gave me honest feedback about what I looked good in. She even suggested trying some of the bridesmaids dresses that come in white and are more affordable, but still found me a gown that fit my budget and my style. I feel like a lot of the reviews on here don't take into consideration much of what you would expect from a bridal store. Of course you have to pay for rush delivery and alterations. Of course if you come in on a weekend they are going to be busy and you won't get the same level of service if you set aside time to go in during non peak hours. After going to multiple stores, I was more than impressed with how well they worked with me. read more

I just bought my wedding dress here -- the same place where my mom bought hers 27 years ago! Clearly the decor has not changed. It's little and intimate. I also tried David's Bridal, and it's basically the opposite of that. I showed Sue (the saleslady) some pictures of dresses I liked, she pulled a couple, we pulled a couple, and I tried a bunch on. They separate the dress area into two sides - expensive ($1500+) and reasonable (less than $1500.) We saw dresses as cheap as $400, especially in the final sale area. Sue was pushy and bossy, but the woman was fabulous at her job. She expertly selected a matching veil and fluffed out the train to photo-perfection on each gown. I ended up with a gorgeous dress in my price range, and I'm beyond thrilled. (It loses a star for being cramped and for not replacing the GOD AWFUL purple shag carpet. Also, the upstairs changing rooms don't have doors, so everyone who came with you - like, say, my grandmother - will see you in your strapless bra and underwear.) read more

I had no idea what to expect with my search for a wedding gown. I knew for sure that I wasn't going to spend alot of money for one. Gigi's has been around forever and I knew it would be on the list of places to go. It was my second stop. All the bridal gowns are upstairs. Sue, the woman who helped me, has been there 20 yrs. She's very knowledgable. We also bonded because we're both Greek. She said the left side of the store are the dresses under $2,000 and the right side are the dresses over $2,000. I stayed on the left side:) I tried on a whole bunch of dresses and was pleasantly surprised at the prices. Every one I tried was under $1,000. I put 4 aside and came back the next day with my sister in tow. The very last dress I tried on at the last minute was the one I bought. I wasn't sure I liked the neckline on me, and Sue made a suggestion to add some fabric to it . That sold me on the dress. The one salon I went before Gigi's had signs posted that no pictures were allowed.......it was no problem at Gigi's. My sister took pictures with her phone and emailed them right away to my parents in Florida so my mom didn't feel so left out. I went back downstairs to be measured and Gigi herself helped me. She was involved with a couple other clients, but called me by name after meeting me briefly. After I was measured and the order was written up she said she would call me after she talked to the manufacturer to find out how much the extra fabric I needed would be. First thing the next morning I got the call from her and was told the dress would be in the end of July. It was exhausting trying on dresses, but I can't believe how easy it was for me to find the right one. Of course I bought the only one I tried on that was over $1,000! I also bought my veil and a wrap there and will probably have them order shoes for me. If you're in the market for a wedding gown definitely go to GIgi's. They also have mother of the bride dresses and other special occasion dresses. read more

My mom and I recently went to Gigi's to look at wedding dresses. (First time wedding dress shopping.) There was only one saleslady, Judy, on the second floor (where the wedding dresses are) and she was trying to assist another customer and myself within the last 30-45 minutes of their work day. My mom and I found a dress we potentially liked, but because it was so late in the day, the saleslady didn't want to lace it up (corset back)! The dress was falling off me since it wasn't laced up, and my mom and I really didn't have a good sense of what it looked like on me. The saleslady told us to come back when we have more time. Gigi's has a great variety of dresses, and the decor doesn't really bother me, but the service is what lost them a potential sale. At least Gigi's introduced me to the trumpet-style dress. The next day we went to Here Comes The Bride in Addison and I found a trumpet-style dress we liked even better, with outstanding service to boot. We ordered the dress then and there! : D read more

I really wasn't sure what to expect when I came in since I saw the mix of reviews on Yelp. I first contacted Gigi's over the Internet asking about Alfred Sung dresses and received an email within an hour confirming the dresses. I excitedly called them and spoke to a very gruff woman on the phone who had NO idea what I was talking about and I had to repeat myself several times. Luckily, I got a call back from someone the following day and confirmed the dress styles with me and when we went into the place, Rosa was amazing and really super helpful. I have 5 bridesmaids in my wedding, and we are all on a budget. Upon recommendation from one of them who had been to Gigi's we went here. It's better then David's Bridal. Anyway, we picked a horrible day (hello flooded Edens) and once we finally arrived, I was praying that we would find a dress. Only two of my bridesmaids were able to come with, and it was for the better. Although it is a two story building, it is a tiny little space! I felt like The dresses don't seem to be in any kind of real order, and the bright purple carpet made me feel like I was in a doll house. We finally found a dress we liked, which was a major shocker because I didn't think we would find anything there, and we ordered it. Thank god. I give this place 3 stars because I feel it's a little pricey, they won't ship (one of my bridesmaids is in Pitts) and they charge for tailoring + for an "up-size". read more

I purchased my wedding dress here, and was guided in the right direction by the staff at Gigi's. All I did was show up, having no idea what I wanted, and the lady in the bridal department (2nd floor) brought me a dress that was gorgeous, simple as I wanted, and very flattering to my figure. I can't say anything about wedding dress shopping - I got mine elsewhere - but we did find my bridesmaid dresses at Gigi's. The women who work there have obviously been there a loooooong time and not much has changed. They were a little rough around the edges to work with. The selection of dresses was great and I honestly liked not knowing what the brands were while we were shopping. I think we were a little less biased that way. Gigi herself is VERY customer service oriented and really sweet. If you can ask to work with her, I highly suggest it. read more

Back in January I went to Gigi's to get a dress for my aunt's wedding, and yesterday I went back to buy my own wedding gown and the service was FANTASTIC! Magdelena was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the dresses. She wasn't pushy, she didn't hover too much, and she was NEVER rude. She let me pull whatever dresses I wanted, and when I found the one she was just as excited as I am, and it wasn't a fake excitement either. She was seriously better than I could have imagined. I wish I could give her a raise or something! They have an excellent selection at Gigi's, and the entire staff is just very good at what they do. It is obvious that they love their jobs, and that it makes them happy to make brides happy. Added bonus: found dresses for my 8 bridesmaids while I was there. Killed two birds with one stone! I HIGHLY recommend Gigi's. Great service, great selection, and I have a BEAUTIFUL gown that was easily within my budget. Excellent day. read more

I got "the dress" here...again! So, my high school graduation, we're required to wear white dresses, so almost 10 years ago (ouch...) I got my white, raw silk, beautiful, still fits, graduation dress here at a very reasonable price! This past weekend I got my wedding dress here! I went in several weeks ago and was helped, listened to, and told where to NOT look to stay within my budget! I put on the first dress and was instantly in love! It was the dress...but Magdalena had my try on several other dresses to be sure, and told me to go home, think about it and try on others! Really? What sales lady would tell me that?!? One who knows I wasn't going to find a better dress, a better quality at a better price and man, was she right! After several other bridal salons and what feels like a billion dresses, I went back, Magdalena pulled my dress and I bought it! Gigi was so sweet when I went down stairs to get measured and put down my deposit! Oh, by the way, did I mention we also found the bridesmaid's dresses here? While I was being fitted my mom, one of my bridesmaids and a good friend of mine were playing with the bridesmaid's dresses (again, we'd already looked at a million!) and there it was! Lines to match my dress, high quality and wonderful! I couldn't be more happy! Yes, the decor is a little funky, but have you met Gigi? So is she, in an awesome way!! read more

I can't believe that I never knew this store was here. I lived in Northbrook for many years and I bet I could have found a fun dress for high school dances here! I came in with my mom so I could see the dress that she'd ordered for my wedding. My mom has been stressing out about this dress so I was excited to be in town when the dress arrived. I'll admit that I walked in and as a little...hmmm...puzzled about the place. The decor is interesting to say the least. They have TONS of dresses (and apparently there is an upstairs as well!) There were a handful of older women who were working and they were all great. My mom's dress is awesome and I think they made her feel like she was the only one in the store. She got the attention she needed and scheduled an appointment for a fitting. They have some really fun jewelry on display that I would have snatched up if I wasn't on a budget due to some really big party in my honor in a few weeks. Oh wait. I mean wedding. read more

I went to pick up my dress and when I got home realized they gave me the wrong dress so I had to drive back to the store to return it. The owner didn't apologize or anything and when I asked if I could get a discount she just said "I'm sorry honey." Would not recommend going to this place. She just wants your money. read more

I really wish I could give no stars. I came to Gigi's to try to shop for my wedding dress. Upon arriving at the shop we were rudely rushed upstairs (where the Bridal dresses are). Once upstairs, I was approached by a small but intensely pushy woman named Sue. Sue took all of my worst fears about wedding dress shopping and made them a reality. She must have called me a "big girl" at least 15-20 times. She continued to try to force me into awful hideous dresses that, according to her, were made for "big girls" like me. I tried to tell her what I was looking for (which I eventually found somewhere else; lace, form fitted, long sleeve) and she abruptly, forcefully and angerily informed me that I am "too big for a dress like that", continuing to push me towards awful ruched satin gowns. I wear a street size 14. I shop at Macy's, GAP and Nordstrom with no problems. I spent 20 minutes in this shop with Sue, and was made to feel as though I were the largest girl in the whole wide world. It was truly awful. I will undoubtedly need months of therapy to undo the damage that Sue did in the 20 minutes I spent at Gigi's Closette. I would not recommend this shop to anyone with any kind of body image issues, regardless of your size. There are much better shops with more supportive, helpful, and caring sales people. read more
