I went back to shop and picked out a few things and applied the gift card to it and found out that someone else already used it. The owner was there and she is the one I dealt with and treated me like I did something wrong. I wanted to go file a police report with the name of the person that used the card and she said that is a customer and has nothing to do with it. She was horrible to me and she knew that they screwed up by giving me this empty gift card and gave the credit to this person that shopped after me. I was very disappointed how they handled this. Enaz is not a reputable business and will never shop there again.

Up until now I"ve also been buying my daughter's ballet shoes online, but since I just signed her up for a *real* dance studio* I thought maybe I should make sure the ballet shoes fit. And that's how we found ourselves at Body & Sole. My little one was fitted for ballet shoes and immediately found her way to their bar where she demonstrated some very awkward looking dance poses that made me think this ballet thing may be short lived. I wasn't planning to buy any leotards here, but couldn't resist buying her yet another sparkly pink ballet dress. It was more expensive than I've found online yet less expensive than what I've seen in actual dance studios in the past. My daughter was also quite excited about the ballet outfits they sell for american girl dolls here. The two women who helped me were very helpful and even had a binder of requested attire from all the dance studios in the area. Fortunately, 3 1/2 year olds can wear whatever they want so the sparkly pink ballet dress will get lots of use. The ballet shoes themselves have already been put to use during a week long ballet camp at Baby Take a Bow.** My little ballerina loved shopping there so much that now when we pass the store she screams "there's my favorite ballet store!" Lucky for her we plan on going back in a few weeks to buy her first pair of tap shoes. * http://www.yelp.com/biz/danced-inc-northbrook?osq=dancEd ** http://www.yelp.com/biz/baby-take-a-bow-winnetka

I am a social shopper and enjoy building relationships with the individuals I shop with...I walked into Ella Louvi a few weeks ago and was greeted by Grace - the owner herself. Not only did she recommend pieces and bring them to me in the fitting room, but she went into detail on what and how I can wear each piece for different styles and looks. Since that first experience, I have been back to her store every other day picking up items one piece at a time because her items are chic and unique, high quality, and very affordable. I got a smoking hot red jumpsuit for under 100 dollars, unreal! After my next couple visits, I had an email in my inbox from Grace thanking me for shopping with her and that she really enjoys talking to me while I shop, and now we talk almost every day! She keeps me up to date with what she has coming in and when, sends me pictures so I know what I want to try on during my visits ahead of time, and is always willing to put items aside/hold them until I have a chance to come in. It was his 25th anniversary gift from the company he worked for. I decided to bring it into Lambrecht's to have them estimate what it would cost to have it repaired. After a day or two, I received a phone call from them and was told that unfortunately, their watchmaker had determined that it needed a part that was no longer available. When I came in to pick up the watch, I discovered that they had cleaned and polished it, repaired the band, and put it in a presentation box for me to have as a keepsake-- all at no charge.
