There was no hello or friendly interaction. As we ordered, one member of our party asked to sample a couple of flavors, and the employee seemed visibly inconvenienced. When I asked if they had caramel drizzle, her response was simply, "No," with no warmth or attempt to offer an alternative. I completely understand that arriving close to closing can be frustrating for employees, and we were mindful of the time. However, the doors were still open, the posted business hours indicated the shop was open until 11:00 p.m., and we were respectful customers who knew what we wanted and intended to order quickly.
