There is nothing I can do about it now, my card has already been charged, funeral is over. People order like this because it's convenient, this is my last time for "convenience" and I'm still unsure about the $11.00 card? My total bill was $227.30, obviously not a happy costumer and as far as I know, you don't know who the florist is when you order through the obituary.
