When I asked for them to put a couple butterflies in the arrangements I had no idea how they would take that request and run with it. They didn't just stick a couple butterflies randomly in the arrangements, but rather incorporated them into the arrangements. Everything we asked was done above and beyond expectations. When family out of state ordered a standing spray for the funeral, Woods even included butterflies in that arrangement! As previously mentioned - above and beyond! I wish I could've brought them home with me, but don't think they'd fit in my suitcase :). It really is worth it just to call and talk with Frank :) He is fun and has a good-nature; made me laugh :) I highly recommend calling any florist to be sure they can deliver to your address and see what flowers they have in stock versus ordering online. I often receive a much better arrangement and service this way. Frank looked up the arrangement, "English Garden," I saw on their website, and checked to see if they had the flowers in stock. He said this arrangement's stock flowers had arrived that morning on the truck. Yay! I was pleased, as the flowers would be quite fresh. He helped me with the card, and set up the delivery. When I asked to upgrade to the next tier, he was happy to oblige. He commented that the wooden box would be quite pretty with this arrangement, and that it adds a more modern look. The arrangement arrived on schedule, and the recipient was very surprised and pleased. It lifted her spirits :) They added some lovely roses, hydrangeas, and orchids, with a great deal of flowers tucked all in it. The succulents look super and that was why I choose this arrangement, as the recipient loves them. They even added a red cardinal (without me asking :) and that was a perfect touch as our family loves the cardinal birds.

He then proceeded to ask if he could deliver them the next day. When I stated no, that defeats the purpose, the man proceeded to say "okay well we will see, you're hard to find". Priscilla was so helpful; I wasn't sure what I wanted other than tulips and she helped with the additional flowers, culminating in a beautiful yellow and purple bouquet. Priscilla sent me photos of the flowers the morning of the delivery. Her professionalism, expertise, and kindness during a difficult time really meant a lot to me.

Again people - - Customer Service!] My husband ordered flowers online because he was out of town on business and it was our 22nd anniversary. Those flowers cost $213.78. (My husband does not normally do that, but he did.) The flowers were pretty but NOT $200 worth of pretty. But as I was a wedding planner for some 22 years, I know how to care for cut flowers to keep them alive! However, these lasted exactly 3 days. It was demoralizing, considering their cost. I tried over a span of several days to call the florist and could not get a body on the phone -- nor did they have VM. Finally did get someone on the line a week to the day after their delivery. The lady assured me that I would have brand-new flowers the following Monday afternoon, as this was a Friday afternoon. Monday came, and I called mid-afternoon to see if I could get a more specific delivery time, and she said they would be here by 5 PM. It is now Tuesday morning, and we've received no flowers nor contact of any kind. Customer service has NEVER been more important than it is these days. We will request a refund this morning from the florist. If they don't cooperate, our credit card company will certainly comply. These people seem nice over the phone, but I guess they were just too busy yesterday -- during the busy floral-business time that is the last week of August. Because her excuse for the flowers' short life was that we ordered them on a Friday. When he actually placed the order on Wednesday. (And why would Friday versus Wednesday matter anyway?) As I said before, customer service is so important. I will spend more at another place versus spending less at a place that doesn't care, and in this case, $200 worth of flowers should have pretty much served me breakfast in bed with a smile. Especially in Killeen, Texas.
