They never delivered birthday flowers and when we called he stated we were "hard to find", even though we live in a well known neighborhood in Belton! He then proceeded to ask if he could deliver them the next day. When I stated no, that defeats the purpose, the man proceeded to say "okay well we will see, you're hard to find". Needless to say, flowers were never delivered. Husband had to call the next morning and received the same excuse and requested to just cancel. The gentleman then basically upset hung up on him. When we placed an order for a funeral, what was delivered was not what we ordered. When my father called to ask them to fix it, the people were rude to him. When my mother asked them to fix it, again they were rude to her, to the point of making her cry. Also the flowers from BJ's were of poorer quality and higher prices than the flowers delivered by other florists in the area. I cannot recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. read more

If it was an option to give zero stars I would. As a fellow business owner on Yelp, I really hate doing this but I feel like the owner has left me no choice. My father turned 80 years old, and I flew in from Oregon. I had called a few days prior to order 80 flowers placed into 2 HUGE arrangements, to be delivered on Saturday morning. Well, the morning came and went, I received no call or even attempt to contact me. I reached out to them, and they apologized for the delay. Come Monday, early afternoon, two small, unsightly arrangements were delivered. I called to talk to them, and actually returned them in order to receive a refund. I have talked to the owner on the phone twice in order to receive this refund. The most recent time was a week ago. And, still no refund! The lack of communication has been the thorn in my side for this. I will be contacting my credit card company today to do a charge back. I would not recommend this business to people. I am normally more than understanding about things, but there has been a huge break down in communication. read more

I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled to let other people know how I was treated today. I went in the day before Valentines Day to purchase some flowers; not a arrangement just flowers, mind you. When I asked the lady working in the front if they had the flowers I was looking for she went back and checked and told me they did. When I said I would take them she told me NO because they didn't have time to stop making other arrangements and take them out of a bucket and sell them to me. Now, I went in a flower shop looking to buy flowers locally (the same one I have been going to my whole life), but due to her lack of willingness to help me herself I left and bought them from HEB. Honestly BJ's flowers are usually old and overpriced but I went there to support my community BUT NEVER AGAIN! read more

A amazing place to get fresh flowers, plants, or gifts for any occasion. Ordered an easel spray for my grandmothers funeral and it was the most beautiful arranged set of flowers I have ever seen. It stood out among others that was sent from else where. I must say they have the best designers in Central Tx. The staff was very sincere for our loss. Sent get well flowers yesterday. Received a picture of them today and I'm very disappointed. They look like they were just random flowers stuck in a vase instead of being artistically arranged. Lots of cheap greenery to fill in. Will go somewhere else next time. read more

I agree with a couple of the other reviewers on here. I've just received Valentine's flowers from them, and the arrangement is paltry (about a third or half the number of flowers it should have), and several are either wilted or look like they are old and will only last another day maybe. Also, the arrangement was a day late, and left outside my apartment door without a call or any notification the flowers had been left. If I hadn't just discovered them, no telling how long they would have remained out there. I would suggest purchasing your next arrangement from other florists in the area. read more

If there were a MINUS 5 Stars, that's my choice. I placed an order on Friday morning (July 8, 2016)to have a plant sent to a funeral service for the father of one of our employees. At the time, I had absolutely no information of WHERE or WHEN the service would be, and I explained this to the lady I spoke to. I provided a credit card, a phone number and my email address to send the receipt to. As of Monday, July 11, 2016, I did not see an email with my receipt. This morning, I spoke with the co worker and asked if he saw anything at his father's funeral from our company. He said he did not see anything. I called the flower shop and a different woman answered. I was told I did not have a receipt yet because they were still waiting to find out when this service was! I told her the service was yesterday at 10am! She then replied and said they never saw anything in the newspaper about the service. When I asked that's how they "confirm" a funeral, she said yes it was. (And I also verified with my fellow employee the obituary was in the Temple Newspaper both Saturday, July 9 and Sunday, July 10, 2016.) She then informed me that they didn't even know WHERE the funeral was being held! I asked her how many funeral homes were in Belton and she told me there were four. When I asked if they could not have phoned these funeral homes to see when the service was scheduled, she then tells me that the other lady must have misunderstood what I wanted! I made it very clear on Friday morning I didn't have any information other than it was being held in Belton, and I also explained I was going to be off work Friday afternoon and wanted to make sure this was taken care of. I was assured it would be. No apology was given and when I told his woman I would never, ever order another thing from this flower shop, her reply was for me to "have a wonderful day." I too, wanted to make sure SHE had a wonderful day....they should not be in the business of serving the public is my opinion. Very rude and VERY unprofessional. BJ's....abbreviation for Bad Job....and they should get a whopping 5 stars for the worst service I've every had the experience of dealing with. read more
