When I asked for them to put a couple butterflies in the arrangements I had no idea how they would take that request and run with it. They didn't just stick a couple butterflies randomly in the arrangements, but rather incorporated them into the arrangements. Everything we asked was done above and beyond expectations. When family out of state ordered a standing spray for the funeral, Woods even included butterflies in that arrangement! As previously mentioned - above and beyond! I wish I could've brought them home with me, but don't think they'd fit in my suitcase :). While none of these are adequate, some of the words I thought of to describe Woods were: awesome, amazing, unfathomable, wonderful, fantabulous, incredible...

Arrangements are Beautiful and Frank is a Hoot! :)…read more This is the second time I have ordered with Woods Flowers. Both times I have called and Frank has taken my order. It really is worth it just to call and talk with Frank :) He is fun and has a good-nature; made me laugh :) I highly recommend calling any florist to be sure they can deliver to your address and see what flowers they have in stock versus ordering online. I often receive a much better arrangement and service this way. Frank looked up the arrangement, "English Garden," I saw on their website, and checked to see if they had the flowers in stock. He said this arrangement's stock flowers had arrived that morning on the truck. Yay! I was pleased, as the flowers would be quite fresh. He helped me with the card, and set up the delivery. When I asked to upgrade to the next tier, he was happy to oblige. He commented that the wooden box would be quite pretty with this arrangement, and that it adds a more modern look. The arrangement arrived on schedule, and the recipient was very surprised and pleased. It lifted her spirits :) They added some lovely roses, hydrangeas, and orchids, with a great deal of flowers tucked all in it. The succulents look super and that was why I choose this arrangement, as the recipient loves them. They even added a red cardinal (without me asking :) and that was a perfect touch as our family loves the cardinal birds.

We received a cheap Dollar Store vase, 3 roses and bunch of white daisy-like flowers. But wait...it gets better! My location is just down the same road that the florist is on and they took the flowers to a residence more than a mile from my location! Then, noted that the flowers had been delivered! Had it not been for the resident that received our arrangement, calling me the next day to tell me that my arrangement was on her porch, I would never had known! I tried calling the florist and also emailing, to no avail. So, I drove to the house that my arrangement was delivered to and got them from the front porch myself, after the arrangement had spent the night outside! What a joke of a business! If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would do so!

He then proceeded to ask if he could deliver them the next day. When I stated no, that defeats the purpose, the man proceeded to say "okay well we will see, you're hard to find". Needless to say, flowers were never delivered. Husband had to call the next morning and received the same excuse and requested to just cancel. The gentleman then basically upset hung up on him. I found Wonderland Flowers in Temple online but decided to call since it was a little late in the afternoon. Priscilla was so helpful; I wasn't sure what I wanted other than tulips and she helped with the additional flowers, culminating in a beautiful yellow and purple bouquet. Priscilla sent me photos of the flowers the morning of the delivery. Her professionalism, expertise, and kindness during a difficult time really meant a lot to me.
