I wanted to send my cousin some flowers and I found the daisy's selection online both beautiful and affordable. After I submitted my order I discovered I made an error with the note. I called their shop and made the change over the phone. When the flowers were delivered and my cousin sent me the photo I saw that they'd made the correction to the note as I'd requested. I ordered flowers for my friend that had a baby on Sunday. The website said they would be delivered Monday. There was not a statement to inform you of approximate delivery time. I called the flower shop on Monday because she had not received them around one or two in the afternoon. The person in the phone said they were on the truck and their flower deliveries were delayed. I asked if there was any way they could deliver them sooner because she was being discharged from the hospital. She told me the truck had several deliveries before mine. My friend was discharged from the hospital around 3 or 4pm and never received her flowers. I'm very disappointed that they would leave her flowers at the hospital and not even call to tell me she never received them. read more

Ordered flowers through a third party for 4 hour guaranteed delivery, actually delivery came 6 1/2 - 8 hours later I don't know specifically how late it was as we were already gone by then. That's not what the review is for however as I don't know if it was the third party or the florist fault for delay, what I am upset about is the delivery was roses and a teddy bear for my fiancée while I was at work as she wasn't feeling well and when we both got home to find them delivered later in the day (because they were late) the teddy bear was laying next to the flowers in a dollar general bag. We just recently moved to CC and I took a shot in the dark at a flower shop.....and I hit the jackpot!!! I'm deployed (again) and this is the third out of the last four Anniversaries that we've been on opposite sides of the planet....so my wife wasn't feeling really excited about the reminder.... She's a graphic designer, who just so happens to do the majority of her work for a group of florists all over the country, so buying flowers for her is always a risky adventure. I know what she really likes, but if the flowers are not top quality, she lets me know...or usually the flowers let me know when they die two days after I get them home! Well that is NOT the case with The Daisy!!! I ordered on-line which was super easy. Then called the next day to provide a little background and to ask if they would call to make sure someone was home before they delivered. They had my order and were on schedule to make it to the house on our Anniversary, but they were more than willing to take the extra step and make sure my wife was home. She LOVED the flowers.....and five days later.....she still loves the flowers!!! A truly touching stand up customer service moment from The Daisy...Bravo! This was so unexpected, by me, although she had called my husband and told him she was going to be doing this. ordered some birthday flowers for my babe to be delivered. they were pink and pretty! they arrived at the time i had requested. i did have an issue with paying 10 dollars for delivery when they could have walked them to my door i live so close. but i guess thats the price you pay for the element of surprise flowers! the pretty pink vase the flowers came in arrived broke. only to notice after it was too late. other than that flowers lasted like 3 weeks! and the balloon is still floating strong! i did write them an email about the 10 dollar delivery but never did receive a response. read more

I saw a promotion for a $35 Florist's Choice option online, but the website had no picture (because it's the florists choice of flowers, lol). I took a chance on it anyways, and I could not have been more pleased! It was exquisite! The flowers were fresh and a beautiful mix!
