Firestone told her that she needed five different engine mounts and it was going to cost about $1,500. I told her she needed to get a second opinion so we went to BSO automotive together. Immediately, we were greeted by a very friendly man named Bryant, who I believe is the owner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He had me get behind the wheel and rev the engine a few times as he watched the engine. He said that only two mounts were bad! And he explained why he knew that. We were very lucky as he was able to fit us in that morning, and a couple hours later, and more than half the price, my mom's car was good as new! Bryant knew what she was bringing the car in for, and what she was told at Firestone. He could have easily just come in a couple hundred dollars under that and taken her for a ride. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and to my mother. He even drove us to Lake Ave so we could walk around while he worked on the car, and offered to pick us up!
