The key word... sauce. This place is making the best Za smack dab between the powerhouses of NYC and Chicago. Do they follow either of those? No! They're making it their own way there. Ohio style! The wait staff was fine, nothing over the top but polite and attentive enough. The big issue of the night was the pizza. It took about 45 minutes to come out, which was surprising given the restaurant wasn't very busy. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, the center was undercooked and raw--a real disappointment. Management was very understanding and offered to make another, but with the time already invested we couldn't wait around for a second attempt. On the positive side, the appetizers were really good, and the wings were spot-on--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That alone makes me want to give them another chance. Overall, not the best first impression, but I'll chalk it up to an off night. I'll be back to try again, hoping the pizza comes out as good as the rest of the menu.
