I had no idea pharmacy providers prices for a Medicare plan could vary that much! My previous pharmacy offered exceptional, personalized service, and I was afraid I would lose that with a new one. Nope! Medicine Shoppe has a great team that provides a great experience each time! Shout out to Meaghan and Linford with whom I have most to interactions...they're both top notch in friendly service, accuracy and having orders ready on time. The Medicine Shoppe also has delivery available daily for a nominal fee. Another service worth mentioning...walk-in vaccinations during regular business hours. Little to no wait. I did not open them and when I received them on 10/15 they were already brown. The kicker for me was a couple of months ago I tried to order chicken, cream cheese etc. Whether it was a name brand or the Walmart brand everything was out of stock. I tried to place the order the next day and what a miracle everything was available. However, the prices went up. For example the chicken went up $2. What that means is that you have to call into the pharmacy to resolve issues and here lies the problem. You leave a message for a call back in an hour you will never get one. They will not call you back they will send you a text message that they got your call but wont call back. My issue is with them I have my prescription mailed to me and i pay for the shipping. I have to call in to remind them to ship it verbally because they will not adhere to the message. The will not call back and they would listen to the message and ship it. This is my last attempt to make this work and will move on. The people that work at this pharmacy do not give a rat-arse about you! I say the later because if I'm sure I'm not the only person going through this. Their should be a way that a customer can long onto their CVS account and select mail delivery only so they do not have to call in. Go head and try to call into the pharmacy and see what you get.
