Our first visit to the Giant Center in Hershey to see Heart. It seems to be an older center, but it was quick getting in and the parking was next to the venue. I like the tiered seating which allows you to see over the person in front of you. Sound quality was good, but there are no video displays which would be great for a concert. Food was not too bad and the prices were less than other venues I had been in. Definitely would go here again for another event.

Brought a group of students in our mentoring program up during spring break and had a blast. It is not far from the Baltimore area as long as you don't get heavy traffic you can get there within an hour and a half. There was plenty of parking. We had a bus and they did have an area for buses reserved for convenience. Doesn't seem like the seats are bad anywhere inside of the arena. It was not super expensive either. On this night, they had dollar hotdogs so eating was affordable. The only weird thing is that there was no chocolate at any of the concession stands lol. We were lucky enough to be able to have our group greet the team as they exited the tunnel and went out onto the ice. All of the kids enjoyed themselves as well as the adult chaperones.

Old and nostalgic hockey arena that host the Hersey bears hockey team...pretty cool considering you can fit about 10,000 fans in there...Def worth a trip to watch a game or a concert!

I've been to tons of events at this arena. Concerts, shows on ice and of course Hershey Bears hockey games. Went to a game last night and I have to say the parking price is getting ridiculous. $35 for parking, that was more than the price of my ticket. Merchandise prices are out of control too. Still love coming here but definitely won't buy anything other than a drink. Stopped buying food a long time ago. Should really drop it down to 3 stars but I do still love this arena. Go Bears!!!

First time at this venue. My boyfriend and I decided to see an AHL hockey game. Hartford Wolfpack were playing the Hershey Bears. It's a decent area with ample parking. It appears parking changes depending what event is being hosted here. We only had to pay $15 for a hockey game. When there are concerts, parking is $35, or $25 if you pay in advance. Tickets were very decently priced, especially compared to seeing a game at MSG. It's easy to take the entire family to see a hockey game. We didn't get any food, just beers. A beer was only $11! I can't remember the last time I paid $11 for a beer at any venue. Definitely a good time!

Great venue close to home for sporting events and concerts. I've been lucky enough to see some of both from the luxury suites (thanks to my corporate sponsors) with an amazing view of the action along with excellent food and drinks. I've also been in the regular seats for both and it seems there isn't a bad seat in the house. Not so GIANT that you can't see players or performers which is a good thing. Parking is more than sufficient but not free ($10 now I believe). Guests with suite access have private parking closer to the building. Plenty of restrooms and concessions for all your needs.

This was our first time at this venue - we visited for Disney on Ice. Make sure you check rules for bag/purses. They were making everyone with a purse over a certain size take it back to the car. Parking was $20. The place is easy to navigate and we found our seats pretty easily. We were in the club section which has its own snack bar -- minimal menu but the 1/4 lb hot dogs were good. Staff was all very professional, friendly and helpful. I would go to another event here. Afterwards we stopped at Chocolate World -- we figured we'd get our money's worth for parking! Parking isn't an additional fee to visit Hershey Park.

Fabulous! Saw a comedy concert there a few weeks ago. Worth the trip to drive from Long Island. Love PA in general and the stadium didn't let us down. Show tickets were, like, a third of the price of one at MSG! And we didn't have to see the Manhattan disgust. PA beautiful state and the people super friendly. Go back in a heartbeat.

Pretty large venue with good amount of parking. I've been numerous times, and there's a good angle from every seat. I've been here for concerts and mostly the Bears hockey games. The venue is huge and takes forever to find your seats. Lots of steps if you go to the second level, which I always do. Seats are decent, but very compact. Just like any other sports stadium. The bathrooms are scarce , but once you find them they have plenty of stalls. Their lemonade here sucks from just about any stand, don't get it. Overall it's a good experience coming here multiple times a year. Parking is insane to leave after any event and can take up to 45minutes to get out into the main road.

Bears vs Bruins. Last row of upper level and a great view!

No bad seat in the house for a hockey game. They accommodate professional wrestling very well too. Concession options are plentiful. Great visual displays, sound and lights. Concession lines are slow and very long. Parking lot can be chaotic as there is no direction after you pay, just folks dive bombing entrances and cutting through to race to good spots. Most of the staff is friendly and welcoming.

I've seen a lot of hockey games here and even a few concerts and this place is always super clean. There is a huge parking lot that you have to pay to enter (FYI if you go to the park and then come here you will have to pay twice for parking) Like every other place now you go through metal detectors before you go in and the security staff is always very friendly and move the lines along quickly, but are still thorough in their work. The inside is bright and inviting. There are multiple food and beverage options. You have your normal stadium food and sodas and even some specialties like the Berks hotdog stand and beer from Ever grain brewing. As for the seating there isn't a bad seat in the house for a hockey game. I've sat at the glass, in a private box and in the 200 level and you have clear views everywhere. Concert seating is just as good. The facility holds around 10,000 people and like all arenas or stadiums expect a line at the bathroom during intermission or at the end. They do have a nice team store for bears merchandise.

First off, parking is free, but not great. They have you park in a grassy area where you have to walk in the grass to the venue. The parking situation has poor flow when it comes to exiting the venue, so it took about an hour to leave. It's not well coordinated. I feel as though the venue itself also doesn't have much to offer. Lines for every food stall were crazy, and the offerings were underwhelming compared to other updated venues. It had the vibe of a carnival, rather than a venue. The vodka lemonade I ended up ordering was definitely not worth $26.... I'm used to these prices for concerts, but the drink wasn't particularly tasty or strong. We had seats in section 8, which was on the bleachers. As to be expected, the bleachers aren't very comfortable and there are no cupholders. I will say, the bleachers felt slightly more spacious than seating arrangements at other venues. From our view, the screens here looked really nice and sound quality was good. Overall though, I am never traveling two and a half hours again for a concert here again; not even for my favorite artist.

Comparing the cost to see these shows on Broadway in NYC versus here closer to home it was a package that made sense. We LOVED having the same seats for Hamilton, Beetlejuice, Ain't Too Proud, & Pretty Woman. Our seats were my favorite, but you can't have a bad seat. I've seen shows from Orchestra to back row Balcony in the past. Given the age of the theatre & how theatre seating is so very tight (esp in nyc) , Hershey Theatre is comfortable. I try to picture the long, full elegant gowns worn to the theatre back a century ago & I can't imagine how it could have been comfortable! But if those women made it through a theatre night, I certainly can too. For this theatre season, the air & heating systems seemed a problem for me. It was blustery cold outside but to warm & stuffy inside so it was a challenge to figure out how to dress appropriately. They never started on time. I don't know if it's the opening door time, enhanced security, or the show tour itself but time management seemed to be an issue this season at the Saturday 2pm shows. Snacks and drinks are provided for a reasonable fee. Regular care & maintenance was maintained to the rest rooms. And everything else people like to know about like parking & wifi plus the heating & cooling system is getting work done in 2025 so save your $$$ and get ready for an EPIC return to theatre when Hershey Theatre re-opens their doors after renovation!!!

It's the home that chocolate built. Compared to other wealthy industrialists, such as the Rockefellers and the Vanderbilts, High Point, designed by Henry Herr was very modest in size with only 22 rooms and a large front porch. After Catherine's death in 1915, Milton didn't want to have much to do with the place and sold or gave away most all the furnishings, and moved upstairs to three rooms while the house was turned into the clubhouse for the local golf course. The funny thing is that he used to call those three rooms with his porch overlooking the grounds, Atlantic City, so when people would come by looking for him, he had his staff say that he was in Atlantic City. When the Hershey country club was founded in 1930 Milton Hershey donated the house to the club and it remained his primary residence until his death in 1945. Later the house was acquired in 1970 by The Milton Hershey school, then purchased by Hershey Foods for its corporate headquarters in 1977 then years later, purchased by the Hershey Trust Company, which now continues their business at that location. Tour tickets are released on the 15th of every month for the following month and tours are held only on Saturdays. The tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis, so it's best to plan ahead to get your tickets. the tours typically last 60 to 75 minutes and will require a good bit of standing and walking and there is no seating available. The tickets are only sold online and must be purchased at least one day in advance and they are not sold at the mansion. There is a 10 guest maximum per tour and you need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your tour at the bottom of the front porch steps. There is free parking available in the adjoining lot and while walking the grounds and taking as many pictures as you'd like on the grounds is admissible photography is not permitted inside the building. The docent and volunteers that run the program are well-versed and quite knowledgeable in all aspects of Milton, Hershey and his wife, Catherine, along with all the artifacts, original and reproduction furnishings that are located throughout the house. They were able to answer all of our questions, and even gave us some food for thought concerning the building of the house, cost of the house when built and the current structure of the house as it is today. A visit to the mansion is a definite must for anybody that's interested in the history of Milton, Hershey, and how he brought chocolate to the masses.
