They don't have a 0star option so 1 will have to suffice. I called first thing in the morning to get an alternator, not only do they miraculously have one left, but they have no issue holding it. So I head down about an hour and some change later, to buy the part. Not only was the part not good because it was giving out much less voltage than the one I had originally, but the one they gave me was marked as "good" in all the documentation. My issue isn't with it not working, it's a salvage yard- you get . Came here to get the Rs4.0 body kit for my Scion tC upon arriving here right off the back short little young guy attitude stinks from there I knew no one had customer service, I notice my parts I inquired about had some bad crack. I ask about the headlights, they had only one side, the side I don't need, so I ask the guy to let me take a second look see what other parts I think I need, his response was you can't keep going in & out of the yard, he close the door behind him, all the alarms went off in my head, anyway when I want something nobody stop me regardless of their nasty customer service, dirty attitude, no help, I got what I wanted, displease with spending my money there, but never will I spend another penny there & I came back to find my part on the sidewalk. read more

I would stay away from this place. I purchased a used transmission from them and both were the wrong one for my car. I ended up sending them both back and ended up with $1,700.00 in additional expenses for testing,towing and removing the wrong trans. Transmission was fine according to the dealership that checked it out, just the wrong year. I had to go to small claims November 2015 and won. They got an attorney to vacate my judgement. At the new trial Iproved my case but lost because of a cheesy disclaimer that was cot clear. Not resposable for for damage from wrong or damaged parts. If the trans caused my engine to blow up I get it, this was about the monitary damage from their not one but two mistakes. The judge didn't get but oh boy I did.
