I have ordered from Gianni's since they first opened. We order from here all the time. Lately however, this place has gone downhill rather quickly. They say they close at 9PM. However, I have called to place an order at 8:30PM and they put me on hold and never get back on. I have also called at 8:30 and been told they are closed. Their pizza is very greasy and sometimes hard to eat because of it. They have been very rude when calling to place an order and rush you off the phone. It's a shame that they treat loyal customers this way. It's hard to support a local small business when the employers act like they don't care if you order from there not. read more

Gianni's is a win depending on what you get. The fries are amazing, they are the only place in town that carries anchovies for pizza. The wings are good, I like the mild Buffalo each with barbecue sauce, extra crispy. The hoagies are good, I always liked the turkey bacon club. Their garlic sauce is the best. But the pizza is just okay. I'd still eat it, especially with anchovies and onions, but there are others I enjoy more. The recent phone workers have provided great service, but that's not always the case. They could use some phone etiquette. There is one woman who is a real treat to talk to and really takes care of you with special requests, but unfortunately , I don't know her name. Kudos to you, nice phone lady, you rock! Thanks for dealing with me ordering 10 extra garlic cups and a side of anchovies since the rest of my family won't eat them. The dining room is huge but I don't often see it being used. Overall, Gianni's is a solid choice for your usual pizza joint fare! Grab a gyro with cheesy breadsticks and EXTRA garlic cups, you'll be happy. delicious pizza and wings, I asked for extra well done wings and a little crispier pizza and the food was perfect. can't beat the price either! the only thing is I feel bad for the employees. I came in on sunday evening for pick up order and there was only one teenager tending to the pizzas, making subs, and doing the cash register- plus taking phone calls. I asked her if it was just her and she said there were 2 other employees (no where to be found). I felt so bad for her but otherwise i'll be ordering pizza from here from now on. read more

Delivery driver in a gray Ford Escape speeds up and down our driveway. When asked to please slow down multiple times on numerous occasions because a dog and children play in the yard he SCREAMED out the window "IM ONLY GOING 15mph asshole get a radar gun!" I wouldn't order pizza from this place if I was starving. The owner should hold this employee accountable but I doubt anything will happen from it. This place is okay for anytime you are craving pizza and there's no other place to go....but everyone looks underage and looks like they have bad hygiene, and the kitchen looks absolutely filthy. Honestly, I think they have really good pizza and garlic knots. I have ordered from there for pickup probably 5 or 6 times and never had an issue. I see people complaining about delivery, but honestly what do you expect? Someone to just take only your order all the way to your house the minute it's ready? The food is good, I love the pizza, I love some of the sides they serve, and even the odd salad.. but I feel alot of the staff seems irritable and rude, I admit a few of them are super friendly, Shout out to Shawn, Zack, and the British gentlemen. Alot of yelling at eachother. I'll never forget when the owner yelled at one of the guys I mentioned when they were extremely busy over. Also they can't seem to keep staff as well, i heard one of the people I mentioned got fired for seemingly no reason, shame he was my favorite, he was so nice, even to my mother while most of the rest of the staff just seem like they don't care. so its hard to gain a report with the store. I'm done with Gianni's. When we moved here 6 years ago we had good pizza from them. Now it is a total waste of money. My last order was a large square pizza with half of it pepperoni. The delivery guy arrived with no receipt. The pizza had all sloshed to one side of the box. The pizza was still raw and doughy and to top it all off, there was only pepperoni on 3 of the 16 slices of pizza. If you call to complain they are rude and hang up on you. Terrible service. Sometimes i come in and see beer cans and sometimes smell a weed smell. I hear them cussing out workers and even talking about or making fun of customers as they leave. Pizza is so greasy, cheese slides off. Not to mention i usually only see preteen girls working there that always mess up orders and give MAJOR attitude, barely ANY customer service! I have said many times "This is the last time." But McDonald does not have a plethora of pizza delivery options. We have had angry reactions to asking for bags upon food pick up, annoyed responses to asking what our total is when ordering on the phone, employees screaming at each other over headphones?! (legitimately, unprofessionally screaming at the front counter), orders received wrong, you name it. Most recently we were stuck at home with a cranky kid, had to call Giannis and ordered zucchini and an Italian hoagie. Delivery took an hour and a half. Hoagie was maybe heated in a oven, not enough to call it toasted and likely an hour or so before delivery. Zucchini was defrosted and maybe shortly cooked? It was extremely soggy. Not edible. My husband ate his half of the hoagie because we were starving, I took two bites and lost my appetite. Remember the horrible customer service? No I did not call them to complain. Save you money and eat ANYTHING else. A few days later we got a menu in the mail celebrating 25 years of Giannis. You would think they would 1. know how to cook and delivery food by now and 2. value their customers and the experience they provide them. Nope. read more

Every time we order from there something is wrong.... the bill is either wrong or the food is wrong. Ordered a calzone which was just all bread and pretty much no meat and a medium pizza... the bill was $31! The deliver person had to change the price for us because he even knew that it was way too much money for 2 items. We have given them many chances but thats it for us.. read more

I've owed a business for 17 years and never once answered the phone they way they do,talked to customers the way they do,and make smart ass comments as you walk in the place or walk out of the place like they do!
