I had both verbally and visually shown what I had desired for color only to be given what I already had which I had specifically expressed that I did not want to repeat. A classic example of being given the preference of the stylist rather than listening to the client. Overall, the final color is "fine" but not what I wanted or worth the £235 I still had to pay. I had also been told the service would be 2.5 hours when in reality it was almost 4 hours. Needless to say, I lost a half a day's time and too much money to want to spend more time allowing them to "fix" their mistake as my trust and faith in being heard had already been lost.

i had the worse experience of my entire life in this place. i went to get highlights and i came out…read morewith half my hair orange and half gray. the hairdresser was saying he was tired and didnt want to finish (this is when i have half of my highlights on, so half my head is orange) i was saying is not my fault! he says is not my fault either i just came back from my trip to bulgaria and im tired. the hole situation was literally traumatic. my hair is ruined and i got emotional, then a lady came from the basement (where they have a massage studio) and started screaming at me ' i have customers stop crying!!) i felt so mistreated. literally the worse experience i've ever had- do not go there. the foto where i look blond is how i arrived and the foto where i look orange is how i looked after. ruined.

Went because of a groupon and had no trouble…read morebooking an appointment - just called them up and emailed the groupon and confirmed the appointment. Got a full color and highlights - Beata recommended the highlight and base color after I showed her a couple of photos and it turned out beautiful. I also showed her the hair style I liked and she did a great job of adapting it to my hair. I would highly recommend her - or even Sam. Sam did my sister's hair it turned out really good too. I will definitely be going back to get my hair redone before a wedding.
