This is one fabulous hair salon! I came across it quite by chance when I wanted my hair extensions taken out and was in London. I searched on my 'phone and called them. They were able to do me more or less straight away. I was impressed with Louis's care in taking them out and then I spoke to Claudio about coming back for a consultation and subsequent re-style. I went for my consultation last Thursday and discussed my options with Claudio. I had my appointment last Saturday. I was there nearly six hours but that was fine because I had set aside the whole day. The staff are so friendly and very caring. The salon atmosphere is very relaxing and happy. They gave me such good attention and discussed every detail with me, making sure that I was happy with their suggestions. Claudio (the salon owner and head stylist) even washed my hair himself! I am usually very mistrusting of hairdressers, as over the years I have had poor cuts and bad experiences. I came out of that salon with wonderful colour and a brilliant cut! I was overwhelmed with the result and the new 'me.' Everyone at work has noticed, not just the girls but many of the guys have complimented me on my new look. On Saturday night I went out to a dance in Hammersmith and I got loads of dances and felt very confident. This is definitely a salon I will be going back to on a regular basis. There are many other beauty treatments on offer which interest me as well. I can honestly say that throughout my time there last Saturday, every lady who came through the door went out again looking stunningly glamorous and amazing. I've been a regular of Nico's for over a year now, even travelling from Manchester to have him to work on my hair. His technical skill and knowledge of hair styling and hair care is unquestionable. Further, I trusted him to dye my hair for the first time. He always understands my descriptions of what I want at a conceptual level, and I ask for his creative liberty for the rest. He did an amazing dip-dye on my hair that was exactly at the length and shades I wanted. He diligently checked my hair every minute towards the end just to ensure he would take the dye off at the correct time. Every time I see him I walk out of the salon very happy, with compliments on my hair. I have just had a bad experience at another salon with the wrong quality of hair, color mismatch and bad extension application.Rebecca chose the quality of the hair extensions that would match and blend naturally my own and also the color I wanted.. i mean she was amazing. I have always had such difficulty in finding the right hairdresser and therefore I use to travel to get my hair done. But I heard from a friend of this place and I have not been more happier with my hair since. Nohad was my hairdresser and she honestly brought my hair back to life. She is highly professional and knows the techniques of a true hair dresser. I can't recommend her enough. I have given her the 5 star rating as she truly deserves it. I look forward to my next treatment next week with her. I had my highlights and haircut done in Contrasti again last Saturday. I returned there because I was very happy with the previous experience. Claudio chooses a colour for my highlights that blends in with my own colour, making it look natural, and cuts it the way that adds volume to my long soft hair. That is what I was looking for! More natural look, and since the colour blends perfectly with my own, I do not need to worry about the outgrows so much. The staff is friendly and the salon has a very pleasant and relaxing ambience. I've been a customer of Constrasi for 7 year now. I absolutely love it, the best color technicians in London! My blonde looks fantastic (not yellow, like after most of the salons), but either ashy, honey or the other extremely wonderful shade. This is a great hairdressing salon. They are always friendly and professional, and very good at colouring especially blonde highlights. I have had them done here for 4 years and never had a problem, they always turn out exactly the colour i want, and if there is ever anything i don't like they will always fix it free of charge and with no fuss.
