When it became 1 hour, I went up to the front desk and asked if she knew what was going on with Stacy. The receptionist said, "Oh, she likes taking extra time with her patients" got up from her chair and came back and said she shouldn't be much longer. I went back to my room and waited. The girl that took me to my room came and said "I know this is horrible, but Stacy is right across the hall, and you are next. I am going to knock on the door again too" It is now going on 1hr 15 minutes. About 5-10 minutes later, Stacy came out of the room and disappeared. Didn't come across the hallway and say anything, just disappeared. Still gave her about 5 minutes, but nope, no Stacy. Even if I had waited, I probably would have gotten some type of attitude from her, like I have before. The one time she even stopped me from talking so she could get to her next patient because he had been waiting 20 minutes "well what about me, I was waiting a hour? I said. Finally decided this is enough and got up and went to front desk to find out about my co-pay. While I was at the desk, the one girl (the one who put me in the room), asked if I was leaving because Stacy was available now. I told her absolutely yes that I was leaving. 1 1/2 hours is unacceptable, at least to me, especially if there is no communication or emergency going on. Maybe give longer appointment times, so this doesn't keep happening. Something needs to be figured out, because this is unacceptable. I do want to thank Drs. Cicchetti for the wonderful care that they both gave me while there. Funny how with both of them, they spent extra time with me, and I wasn't waiting very long. I also want to thank the receptionists, who were always courteous and professional.

I have Guillain Barret Syndrom, which pretty much wipes out your bodys electrical system. and is rare to contract. And only happens in one in 500,00 people. They knew how to work with it. and my abilitys to walk again are slowly coming back. Cudos to their staff, i was using home P.T, it was working, but the folks at NT PT have done a great job with me. will highly recommend them if you have an injury, or other issues.

I spoke to someone on the phone, a polite young lady and gave her my name and phone number date of birth. Then she switched me to a receptionist immediately put me on.. all good no problem that's normal however, when the receptionist came back on the phone, I had explained to her that it was a no fault case and that over the last several months I've had to repeat the claim number 1 million times lol, just making conversation and she hung up on me mid sentence? than half a she became very angry and disconnected the call.. I feel like if you're in the medical field working with the public, especially in therapy where people are obviously dealing with an injury you should be a little more patient than that and maybe let people finish or sentence? It might be time for this receptionist to retire. I will never go there.
