You will feel warm and welcomed here and taken good care of. They will monitor you closely while allowing you to work out at your pace. They did a fantastic job with me on my recent experience with a very hurtful shoulder and neck situation and after accomplishing "our" goals I walked out and feel fantastic. You will also enjoy playful and comforting banter among all as you become one of their new patients. In office and paperwork matters Tammy is helpful-knows her job and comforting! I've never had to go for physical therapy before…read more I had severe pain in my shoulder that I've been dealing with for years, finally it got so bad and my wife was nagging me so much that I went to the doctor and the doctor told me that he was going to have me do some physical therapy and if that didn't work they would have to do an operation and shoulder replacement. I started my physical therapy and within a few weeks I could start seeing a difference and feeling a difference with so much less pain. I kept up with the exercises they told me to do at home and went a couple times a week for most weeks over a six-week period. Dr. Peyton and Jillian were wonderful because they worked with me specifically but the whole staff was extremely friendly and I almost felt bad when I wouldn't be going back anymore. I went back for my follow-up with my doctor at Batavia sports medicine and she was amazed with my recovery. They put me through several test and measured range of motion etc. and determined that I have about 90 to 95% of my range of motion back and I am almost pain-free. Remember, I had been in terrible pain for years before this and now I'm almost pain-free, this is just an incredible feeling and I don't have to have a shoulder replacement operation. Dr.Peyton, through detailed discussion of my medical history regarding the issue, was able to narrow down the problem, find relief from my symptoms and put me on a path to recovery. That trainer just so happened to have have worked at a different location of BRG, and this trainer left that field because "They have like 10 or 12 back exercises and pretend to make you a custom program of 5 or 6 of 'em but really they're randomly picking them." If that was enough to cause a whole career change, I am a bit disappointed with the 'custom' program that had been developed for me. With that being said: Jodi was still awesome and while the physical therapy couldn't reverse something that needed surgery I guess I'd still recommend them.

I've had arthritis related shoulder pain for several years…read more Two of the well known local providers recommended replacements of both shoulder joints. Recovery from these surgeries requires considerable time. No other options were offered. One visit with the person I now call " Dr.Dan - the Miracle Man" resulted in considerable improvement so that I would not remotely consider surgery. Even if you have been to other Therapy places I strongly suggest you have a consultation before undergoing surgery.. I'm really glad I did.
