You will feel warm and welcomed here and taken good care of. They will monitor you closely while allowing you to work out at your pace. They did a fantastic job with me on my recent experience with a very hurtful shoulder and neck situation and after accomplishing "our" goals I walked out and feel fantastic. I've never had to go for physical therapy before…read more I had severe pain in my shoulder that I've been dealing with for years, finally it got so bad and my wife was nagging me so much that I went to the doctor and the doctor told me that he was going to have me do some physical therapy and if that didn't work they would have to do an operation and shoulder replacement. I started my physical therapy and within a few weeks I could start seeing a difference and feeling a difference with so much less pain. I kept up with the exercises they told me to do at home and went a couple times a week for most weeks over a six-week period. Dr. Peyton and Jillian were wonderful because they worked with me specifically but the whole staff was extremely friendly and I almost felt bad when I wouldn't be going back anymore. I went back for my follow-up with my doctor at Batavia sports medicine and she was amazed with my recovery. They put me through several test and measured range of motion etc. and determined that I have about 90 to 95% of my range of motion back and I am almost pain-free. Remember, I had been in terrible pain for years before this and now I'm almost pain-free, this is just an incredible feeling and I don't have to have a shoulder replacement operation. Sad to say that the muscle tension may not have been the actual trigger of headaches because I still have them. But I am getting a great workout and maybe it is not an instant fix to eliminate my headaches. The atmosphere Body Mechanix is fantastic. I've had arthritis related shoulder pain for several years…read more Two of the well known local providers recommended replacements of both shoulder joints. Recovery from these surgeries requires considerable time. No other options were offered. One visit with the person I now call " Dr.Dan - the Miracle Man" resulted in considerable improvement so that I would not remotely consider surgery. I worked there for several months and it was the worst job I ever had. The place was absolutely…read morefilthy and so ridiculously understaffed. I was a manager there and expected to do the work of 4 people. The DON sat on her throne like a princess didn't help. And I was salary and only ended up being 34$ an hour if I worked 40 hours but I always had to stay later. All I did was get treated like crap....even the staff I had to supervise would ask me to buy them food and they would pay me back later and never did, only to have them rail road me in some other way. I've never been so miserable in my life. And the food is sickening....you get better food in jail. And I'm not joking about that. My dad was admitted here while I worked here and he wouldn't eat the food....my dad is the most non picky person! He prides himself on doing 2 tours in Vietnam and being able to eat anything. He couldn't eat food at this place. This place is just terrible for many reasons. Shut it down!
