On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.

They're my preferred printer as well as my last-minute-less-than-24-hour notice printer. Their customer service is exceptional, their prices are reasonable (and usually the lowest), and their quality is great. They have graphic design experience to make sure the print looks great, too. I really appreciate how everything is digital. Quotes as well as file submissions can all be done through their website for fast service, but they still pick up the phone when you call and call you back to let you know your prints are ready. You get the best of both worlds - digital and in-person customer service! The only issues I've ever had were about a file, and it was on my end. Was able to still get the fixed and design approved prior to print. Again, can't say enough about their great customer service. This goes for both locations by the way - Harahan and New Orleans. I've had to send something to one location and picked up in the other. They're really willing to work with you and give you the best prices, service, and print products.

I appreciate the fact that they have signs informing everyone they have to wear a mask and social distance. I signed up for their free frequent customer thingy and they look me up by my phone number. It's great bc I get coupons, yes I know I'm an old lady using coupons but it's a pandemic, Gotta be smart with my money!
