Today I specifically went back to the mall after seeing a movie, to try on dresses I saw in the window of Express. It was definitely a successful trip, I came out with the 2 I loved from the window and one more. During my shopping trip today I also got a Boba from Boba Tea Company and some food from the food court. The employees at each store I visited were friendly and helpful overall which made the experience nice. This is definitely the nicest mall in the valley and has a very high end feel, I mean it is in Scottsdale of course ;).

But yesterday I decided to give selling there another try. I was not disappointed! I had a great trade day. A manager was helping some new employees learn. They were looking for quality fabrics, brands and styles. This was a pivot from previous times where knowledge was not demonstrated. Kudos to the manager for being extremely polite, knowledgeable and multi tasking to the nines. Every staff member was helpful and kind. I was pretty impressed by the entire process. First time in years it was so great. The outlet area is also so fun to check out, I got two Anthropologie pieces for only $12.

They have great brands including Urban, Anthropologie, and Free People at just an amazing value. If you're like me, these brands make your mouth water but your credit card cry. Come to Reclectic to find still very much in style pieces that won't hurt the bank. Also I think this is a great way to prevent these items from getting destroyed and ending up in landfills due to not being sold the first time around!! Note that there are no dressing rooms so don't make the mistake I did of wearing a dress to shop here. I asked the cashier for clarification, "do you mean credit cards?" - I was told again, that they charge 0.20cents for card payments. Which is also, reflected on my receipt. I did bring it to the cashier and the store manager's attention that charging a surcharge on a debit card, is completely illegal. However, I unfortunately will now be reporting this to the Attorney General Office and BBB for further investigation.

We came in around 7:30pm and it was clear from the start that they were all ready to leave. They yelled when they were closing every time someone came in and were lounging and sitting on the counter. They continuously were rolling their eyes every time someone grabbed clothing and it was such an awkward experience. Right after we came in, they shut off the music and started flickering the lights and laughing at everyone. I would understand if it was 7:50pm and being annoyed but it's your job to be there maybe don't have one if you can't be a decent human. I've worked retail on mill ave so I understand being in college and having stuff going on but it's honestly not that difficult to balance having a job with it. This was the worst retail customer service I've seen especially for a job that is not that hard.
