    1 Star - This Verizon Store Is a Disgrace…read more This specific Verizon store should be ashamed of how it operates. I came to pick up my SIM card after switching my service, only to be told at 6:15 PM that they were "closed," even though their posted hours say they close at 7 PM. Doors locked. No assistance. No accountability. We're in the middle of a snowstorm, and I need working phone service to stay in contact with my family. Instead, this store chose to shut down early and leave a paying customer without communication. That's not just poor service -- it's negligence. A Verizon store represents the Verizon brand. If this is how they operate, it reflects badly on the entire company. Taking customers' money is easy. Providing actual service when it matters is what counts -- and this store failed completely. I will be filing a formal complaint and warning others to avoid this location.

Is only for new users or…read morepeople who want to upgrade and change their plan to the 'newest' most expensive (but they'll try to convince you like the worst used car salesman that it's not) plan. We had a broken phone WITH INSURANCE and that wasn't even good enough to meet their advertised plan. When the salesperson attempted to explain the upgrade options for our phone with FULL INSURANCE BUT STILL NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE ADVERTISED UPGRADE SOMEHOW, they explained that we could 'pay off' our current phone and then, and only then, would they be able to tell us what we were eligible for in trade-in. So, pay off the phone in full between 200-300 and then they tell us IF we qualify for an upgrade and for how much and it 'could be anywhere between 300 and 1000 depending on the plan' (and here they took another opportunity to try and hard sell an entirely new plan even though we only needed a new phone). Finally out of exasperation we asked to just get the 'old' replacement phone with the Insurance we have fully paid for, but, that is a separate service NOT HANDLED AT ALL BY VERIZON AND YOU HAVE TO CALL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT! Just terrible horrible no good very bad service from a customer perspective. It may not be the employee's fault, it seems like Verizon set them up for failure with all of the ridiculous rules and plans. In any event, we just walked over to AT&T and traded everything in without a challenge or upsells or bs. I'd avoid this store and Verizon if possible.

    Horrible customer service I came in to turn in a phone explained to the rep and he didn't listen to…read moreanything I said. He went to process a trade in for a new promotion when I went to tell him he's not doing what I'm asking he got mad. I then go to tell him I talked to ATT and they said I can just turn the phone in to the store. He went to talk to the manager and the manager Reginald Stamford comes out and walk pass me and said no we don't take phones it's been to long. I then told him that Att said I could and the account is noted. He said it doesn't matter we don't take phone in. They don't know what we do here we're his words! Horrible horrible customer service from the rep to the manager no wonder why they get the worst reviews! Att run with these people will surely lose out on a lot of business!

She took forever to get us signed up. During the whole time she was giggling and I came to realize she was on facetime talking with her friend while signing us on. Well I just got the bill. While we normally paid $299 a month after she made her adjustments our bill skyrocketed to $550. I now on the phone with AT&T for the last hour. The service represented said he was embarrassed as to how poor of a job she did and is working to get this rectified.
