I got a hair cut there a few months ago and wanted to return but it was an exercise in frustration. I found them on Apple Maps somehow after searching 50 different ways. Then tried the website but no way to book from there. Called and a woman answered but said she couldn't book me that I need to do it thru the website and that I had to go hair cutter by hair cutter to see if they're available. Each one had a different web site and some didn't work. So as a stupid tax against them I went to another barber. It's the most idiotic business modelI'd EVER seen. read more

Do not go to Matt! This guy is a complete jerk and will not listen to what you want. When ask to take a little more off (after not doing what was initially asked) out of spite he basically shaved my son's head. Also, ridiculous that you have to pay in advance. No customer service. Wow, had written a 5 star review initially for this shop, but I'm going to update after the experience I had just now after leaving. I was immediately approached by the "owner" upon walking in and was told I couldn't sit down. At first I thought she was joking and then she started getting wide eyed at me while arguing with my barber. Then she told me to get out of the chair. She didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and only gave an insincere apology while talking on the phone. When I asked how I was to be compensated for my time, she simply shrugged and pointed at my barber. I wasn't even offered a rescheduled appointment, so I had to go somewhere else to get a haircut! I wasn't impressed and I doubt you'd be either. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where the owner knows how to run a shop. Save your time and do the same. read more

I was new to the area and needed a hair cut and beard trim before the weekend and some family pictures. Decided to give this a shot. Overall it wasn't the worst experience but they jacked my beard trim up. After asking for the lady to only line it up and not take too much off, she went to the beard with clippers to even it out and not just scissors. Then she lined it up super low compared to any other barber I've been to that made it closer to a chin strap. And the neck line is so uneven I didn't even know what to say. They didn't even use a traditional barbers straight razor to line up, just a clipper. Do not come here for a beard trim. Hair cut I'm sure you can get away with coming here read more

My husband started coming here a while ago for his haircut and beard trim and I love the way it looks each time! He has gone to different barbers within this shop and they were both great. So I started bringing my son. Ericka does the cutest haircuts for my little guy! She is so patient and even squeezed me in when I was desperate to get in (day before picture day). My husband and I stopped in as a walk in. The lady ask if he had an appointment which he stated he didn't. And while it wouldn't be an issue she went on to give a lecture as to why he should have had an appointment before coming. We are from Houston and just needed something for a last minute photo shoot. We where ok with her not being able to accommodate him. However she was very rude about the situation. We simply where just seeking service and ok with leaving but embarrassing him in front of another customer was uncalled for. read more
