Where do I begin?! This woman is amazing and I absolutely mean it! She is my savior. I was living…read morewith a 5lb. 6oz. tumor for ten years, and had absolutely no clue; until I walked in to see her. It was the month of October and the year was 2010...I had a cold that would not budge. I had seen many doctors, scheduled a lot of appointments, and taken prescription medication as well as over the counter; NOTHING WORKED! My mother was concerned and asked me to see a different doctor; therefore I did. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Joyce Chang, as a new patient that very day. I was able to see her within the hour and once I did, she had me out the door and rushed to the Emergency Room. Dr. Joyce Chang had performed the tests necessary to conclude what my illness was. Upon doing so...I had to be rushed to the Emergency Room. Next thing I knew, I had to have all of my family next to me and inform them of my massive tumor growing inside of me. If it wasn't for Dr. Joyce Chang, I would not be sitting here and typing this review. Because of the massive tumor, I have since had an additional surgery (total of two), but I cannot thank Dr. Joyce Chang enough. She is my guardian angel.

I had originally tried to make an appointment with Dr. Elizabeth Duenas, my on paper doctor, but…read moreher schedule was booked a month in advance. Any other lady doctors? Dr. Chang had some time to see me, and that visit sealed the deal. Dr. Chang is very matter of fact. She asks a lot of questions to make sure she's got the whole picture to best help you get better and to keep being healthy. But no worries if you're there to see her with an awkward issue. There's no one who makes embarrassing medical stuff easy to talk about better than Dr. Chang. She's also very fond of ordering tests, (including some you've never heard of or seen on an episode of House) to make sure she catches those 1 in a million diagnoses and she doesn't miss anything. Dr. Chang is also very much for keeping the patient informed. I never leave her office without some sort of pamphlet or handout to educate myself and being proactive about my health. I've had 4 doctors total in my life, and after Dr. Stewart, my childhood pediatrician who was the epitome of awesome, Dr. Chang is a very close 2nd.

Dr. Harvey was the best doctor I had ever had in life!!!!! He was always patient, kind, friendly,…read moreefficient and thorough. The office staff back in the day, Shantel and Antonette were the friendliest, funniest, calm, cool and professional nurses i had ever met. I will never forget taking my foster baby there, and they were so sweet and patient, for him to get his immunization shots, etc. I miss the entire staff. I left, because later on in the years, (after ObamaCare) took place, his office became more like a welfare medical clinic!!! There were all type of patients and a bunch of kids and chaos in the waiting room. The wait became so long. If i had an appointment at 9am, i was lucky to see him at 10:25 a.m.!!!!! I remember his first office across the street from the Carson Mall. I will never forget, how i was just looking for a local doctor at the time, i called him during my lunch break and told him my throat was sore and i couldnt swallow. He told me to come in right away. I waited a few moments, I was having a very very very bad tonsilitis and he gave me a shot to make the pain go away. The first shot didnt work, he gave me a different shot and the pain eased up. He made sure I was pain free before i left that doctors office. I was so happy and that was back in the early 2000's Im glad to know he has retired and I wish him nothing but the best in life for him and his wife. God bless you Dr Daniels! And Staff!

I want to thank Dr. Peter Huynh and his entire team. Yesterday I received my eighth epidural…read moresteroid injection in my lower back over the past six years. The first three injections were at a different hospital. Dr. Huynh has performed the procedure for me two or three times since then. I should have written this review a long time ago, but better late than never. Yesterday's injection was by far the best one I've ever had. The actual procedure took maybe two minutes. I barely felt the numbing needle and barely felt the larger needle. It was over before it even began. For someone who has been through this many times, that level of skill and care means a great deal. The pain I deal with comes from my condition, not from the way the injection was performed. Thank you very much, Dr. Huynh, and thank you to the entire staff. Special thanks to Dr. Millicent (Milli) -- I apologize if I have the spelling wrong and I don't know your last name. I've spoken with Milli every single time I've come in for this procedure over the past four years. We both have corgis, and we always ask each other how our dogs are doing. Milli is always very friendly and kind, and I really appreciate that. The first person I met yesterday was Robert. He got me hooked up to the machine and ready for the procedure. He is Filipino, and my wife is also Filipino, so we bonded right away over the special way Filipino women act when they are upset. We both laughed because we knew exactly what the other was talking about. Dr. Tang (I remember her name because it's like the drink Tang) was also there. I believe she assisted Dr. Huynh or may have performed part of the injection itself. I was lying on my stomach so I couldn't see, but she was professional, kind, and funny. She made me feel very comfortable. Oscar helped push me into the operating room and later into the recovery room. He was really cool and friendly. I remembered his name easily because Oscar was my Spanish name in high school Spanish class. There was a woman named Vun who ran the operating table and took the images of the area being worked on. I didn't speak with her much because I was on my stomach, but I said hello and she seemed very friendly and a valuable part of the team. There was at least one other nurse who helped me move from the regular bed to the operating table. She helped me keep my dignity during that transfer, and I'm sorry I don't remember her name. I have a name in my mind but I don't want to say it in case I'm wrong. In the recovery room, Wendy was great. My birthday is August 16 and hers is August 17. We bonded over that, and I learned she's going to Cancun for her birthday with her boyfriend. I hope you have a wonderful time, Wendy. She gave me juice and crackers, called my wife to pick me up, and was a friendly face that topped off the whole experience. Wendy also wrote down Dr. Peter Huynh's full name for me, which is why I have it correctly. I should have asked her to write down the other names too, but I know she was busy. The final person I met was a nice woman who pushed me out of the hospital in the wheelchair. I have no idea what her name was, but I appreciate you. Thank you very much -- you were very friendly too. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you again to Dr. Huynh and the entire team for the care and kindness.
