Just went in for a new patient appointment. The waiting room only had a few patients waiting while i was in there. 2-3 at one time. Only took about 10-15 minutes to be pulled into a room. Staff was friendly. Saw Nazifa Paillet, NP-C, and she was great and informative. Everyone I interacted with was great. I was out in about 45 minutes total. So far, I would recommend and had a great experience. I'll update after my pap-smear in 2 weeks. read more

The front desk (Arelis) had the best customer service I've experienced. She was so nice and greeted everyone with a smile. Medical Assistant ( Cierra) also had great customer service and helped me out tremendously by keeping me calm when she drew blood for my labs. Optum is the best. read more

Dr. Desai is amazing. I have always been very careful about choosing physicians because as a black woman my care and concerns have not always been taken seriously and I have had to go through a lot to get adequate care. I searched on Healthgrades and did my research and found Dr. Desai. She has helped me in a number of ways with my physical and mental health concerns. She has been kind, patient, and encouraging every step of my journey. I came to her after my father died young because of a number of medical concerns and unhealthy lifestyle choices. I knew it was time for me to make a change because I did not want that for myself. I was pre-diabetic when I first came to see her and I have worked with her and am no longer pre-diabetic! She has been flexible, offering phone visits for check-ins, responding quickly to emails, and setting up follow ups when I have gone to speciality providers. The in office experience is also great. If my appointment is at 8:40, I am usually called back at 8:40-8:45 with the nurse and the doctor typically comes in very shortly thereafter. I would recommend Dr. Desai to everyone. read more

The doctor appointment here is a joke. I have never once successfully got a doctor on the phone with an appointment made. Three time the doctor was a no show because they are busy. It's better just not to make the appointment if you can accept any more. Waste of time. I now need to find a doctor that has its own office that's actually available. read more

Great great Dr. here by the name of Dr.Bustamante. Very attentive, caring & ALL THE ABOVE. Use to have Dr.Tran who was also a great Dr. until he left, then switched to Dr.Bustamante. Best Dr. I've had so far in my life. Makes you feel comfortable and safe with all his thoroughness, love & caring attitude. 5Doctor "BUT!!" I really hate that I have to add the "BUT". But the customer service here is below average. Clerks are rude & mean. You call for info and they rush you off , also very negative in their responses, I apologize at saying "they" because it's actually one worker there in particular that's really mean and unprofessional in person and on the phone, Her name is Sierra. She refuses to help you with any issues you ask about. I had a couple of urgent issues that I needed addressed and got a very negative & unkind answer in response from her, she gives you the sense that you have no hope what so ever in resolving your issue with her and knew she was just trying to rush me off the phone. Just all around bad experience with her. Rude rude rude, mean & unprofessional is all I can conclude. Please Optum, can you hire & review more caring personnel? As a patient the last thing we should have to worry about before seeing our Dr.'s is having to deal with rude & uncaring clerks. Where to start. The attention was great the doctor I was assigned was really great. For that they get 2 stars. They lose 3 stars because they sent my blood sample to a 3rd party without telling. I think I should be told if my blood is going somewhere other than the network I am visiting. By doing so it triggered my insurance to pay for the blood testing and causing me to have a co-payment. I called to offices to complain and they told me "each clinic does what it wants we dont have a central office to control those policies" read more

I made an appointment a week before and had to wait almost 2 hrs..and still couldn't see the doctor. What's the point of making appointment if you have to wait that long? The funnier thing was that the front desk lady didn't seem to care at all. I've complaint and she told me to reschedule...I've told her I had to go to work and her reply was, "Ok". Seriously? Might as well go to a urgent care and wait there. This place is ridiculous. To: Old white lady at the front desk. Please try to be little more professional next time. At least you could've apologize and persuade the patient to wait little longer or go check and see how much longer it would take. Don't just sit there and see the patient walk out. I go here with my mom, on average of every two weeks. My mom takes an anti-coagulation medication, and her levels need to be checked. When we first began coming here, I found some of the staff to be a little stiff in personality and it came off a little rude. Overtime, those that I found to be this way, have loosened up and are actually quite nice. There are a couple of doctors here that I prefer to talk with. Dr Roberts and Dr Tong (sp?). They're kind and friendly. They talk with my mom and me, and work to our comfort. They don't talk down to us, and don't make us feel like my mom is sick. They help us to better care for my mom and understand what needs she requires. There's one doctor here that I personally don't prefer. I won't say names, out of respect. Although, this doctor makes my mom feel uneasy. She gives me a hard time, when I don't bring in the calendar. This is a paper that the doctors use to alter dosages, each time you go there. Otherwise, my mom receives good care here. The waiting here isn't too bad and most often, the parking isn't too congested. Very clean read more

I give this place 3 stars because although it is conveniently located and making an appointment is easy, who you get the appointment WITH is not that easy. Especially when your primary care physician is booked and your need to somewhat urgent but not ER urgent. On two occasions, I have needed to receive treatment. Now, I ONLY come to the doctor if I feel like I'm dying. I was given an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Joanna O. She is very judgmental and has no bed side manner for patients. I was too ill and unable to work and she refused to give me a return to work note past 1 day. She said "I can't give you more than 1 day off" and if I need more than 1 day then I can go to the emergency room. Mind you, I was unable to drive due to illness which is why I was in there in the first place. I just needed an extra day to be safe. Needless to say, I was still ill and was out of work for 3 days! I've been coming here since 2008 and I've never had a problem with anyone else before her. read more

Both my Mom and Dad sees Dr. Tran and are very pleased. I was able to set uo appointments really fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. My mom recently saw the nurse practioner who took care of her very well. They are also keeping patients safe during Covid. read more

Dr.Osea is a very kind Dr and he's good at his practice he listens to his patients he doesn't rush you or act as if your matters aren't his concern.The staff there are wonderful, very supportive especially Lou. Yes the office could be better but so could life it's self.I pray for him to be blessed with a better office in the near future. read more

Most of the time we had a great experience here but that is because our doctor was Dr. Villarreal; she has since left. We loved her. One time she was on vacation and our daughter got really sick. She had a fever and other cold like symptoms. We saw another Dr (who is still there) and he told us our 1 year old had asthma and needed an inhaler. We were pretty shocked by that. A few days later we had a follow up with Dr. V and she let us know that our baby had a cold and did not have asthma. We were only there for Dr. V and now that she's gone we won't go back. After that experience I would not feel comfortable with another doctor there. I also had a problem last year (Dr V had left by then) with needing some medicine. I was out of town and they said they'd call in a prescription for me. It took them 2 weeks to do it and several calls from me to remind them. read more

I've been a patient for a long time and I can say that I love going there all the time, I love how clean the office is especially the fish tank they have to entertain the kids. The staff are very friendly but I had an awesome doctor but she left and now there is a temp doctor and I have an appt in September, so I'll see how it goes but overall I do recommend this office to anyone. They want you in a couple of times a year to go over meds, want you to bring in bottles. Why, they presribe them, they're on the computer. I feel like it's a VA hospital. If I want to see someone it's 6-8 weeks later for appt. They refer you to urgent care or ER, and they are far away when I picked this place for location. Do they now have strictly pencil pushing docs they call primaries? I don't see a use for them. Very dissatisfied. read more

I have been Dr. Osea's patient since 2005. Yes I have been with multiple health issues these years and he had adressed every single one. He is very compassionate I have never felt like one more chart in his clinic,he listen. His staff headed by Lourdes and Evelia are excellent. They take care of referrals and aprovals very fast and they are respectful and friendly. Now I live 4 hours away from his clinic and I won't change doctors,, I rather drive every two months. read more
