Surprisingly, they did. The lady on the phone asked for quite a bit of information and penciled me. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman. She had a spunky sense of humor and was friendly and courteous. Her massage was really good, much better than some other ones I've had recently. I had a Swedish massage. She did a great job and it was well worth the price. They do charge tax, and of course, you should tip your masseuse. I would recommend this place. In the past I've had trouble booking a slot, so don't expect to walk in and get lucky like I did. Call well in advance to book an appointment and it will be worth it. I also noticed facial equipment and other services, so they offer more than just massages. Overall, a good place.

My deep tissue massage was amazing, and their bathroom has a sauna and shower, which made the experience even better. I'm coming back for a body scrub for sure. Nails were the only disappointment. The tech kept insisting my builder gel was acrylic, and my manicure came out messy with hangnails left. I wouldn't recommend the nail services, but for massages and body treatments? Absolutely yes.

Manicure: The nails on my ring fingers tend to have a smaller nail bed and longer tip and I was worried that a French manicure with a clear base would look weird. Susan(I think that was her name) reassured me she took it into account for the thickness of the white strip. Pedicure: This was done by another tech but I didn't catch her name. She was very thorough and I was equally impressed. My pinky toe nail is extremely small but she was able to paint it neatly. (In past experiences at other nail salons, I usually end up with a half painted nail if it's painted at all.)

The manager of this location should not be in a customer-facing management role. Throughout the…read moreyears I've been coming here, I have consistently found her to be rude, dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. The reason I continued coming back was because my waxer Dolly, was wonderful. She was always kind, skilled, and made every appointment a great experience. Unfortunately, every interaction I had with the manager was the complete opposite. I didn't interact with her often, but each experience was worse than the last. What is most disappointing is that this is not an isolated issue. There are multiple reviews from other customers describing similar experiences with her. During one of our interactions, she told me she had been the manager for four years, and despite the ongoing complaints reflected in those reviews, the level of customer service I experienced never improved. For a business that relies so heavily on customer relationships, the way customers are treated at the front desk is just as important as the quality of the services being provided. It's unfortunate that such a positive experience with the estheticians is overshadowed by poor management. The final straw came when my services were canceled because of a private conversation I had with a former employee. That conversation was never made public, yet it was shared with management and used as the basis for ending my services. I found it deeply unprofessional to act on secondhand information from a private conversation rather than address any concerns with me directly. Rather than reaching out to discuss my concerns or taking any accountability for my repeated negative experiences, I simply received a message informing me that my private conversation had been shared and that I was no longer welcome at that location. There was no phone call, no conversation, and no effort to understand or address the issues I had experienced. If you're considering this location, I encourage you to read the reviews for yourself. My experience was consistent with many of the concerns other customers have shared. A generic, automated response to negative reviews indicating "you're looking into it" does not resolve the underlying issues or improve the customer experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dolly and the estheticians who provide excellent service, but my repeated experiences with management have left me unable to recommend this location.

I'll absolutely take responsibility for not canceling ahead of time, that part is on me. What bothered me was how it was handled afterward. Then when I explained that I had a medical emergency, the response I got was dismissive and snappy rather than compassionate. I understand policies and no shows, but tone and professionalism matter.
