Easy to use website. I'd just suggest pick up. Ordered at 11:25AM & received it a few minutes after 1PM, confirmation screen mentioned a "30MIN" delivery so that set my expectations. Jan an attempt to order from this place. The lines are ridiculous and I finally got a break and walked in and had to wait over 10 minutes when there was only one person in front of me because they couldn't decide on what they wanted. There was no management to tell them that they needed to move aside to let anybody order, it was treated like it was normal. I've only been able to chase their food when they were not located in an actual place. The only time I was able to eat their food was at their truck. I ordered and paid for my food on line and was told it should take 45mins to be ready. I got there after 50mins and my order hadn't been worked on nor had it even been seen. The young lady's excuse for that was that it got busy and the in store orders take priority over the web orders. I don't get that logic at all seeings how the food was paid for in advance. (Tacky) So after receiving that excuse it took them another 20mins to start to prepare my meal. I got my food an hour and forty-five to get my meal. In my personal opinion I came here 4/13/24. I ordered the Salmon with greens, Mac and cheese and yams. My salmon was extremely overcooked, they gave me literally a spoon full of greens I couldn't even take a pic I had to turn around fast and get my money worth they were also very salty definitely giving diabetes, the Mac was not cheessy and good tasting to me and the yams was pure disgusting I it was way to much brown sugar or whatever they use. Also my boyfriend ordered banana pudding it was regular nothing special. The workers was sitting down on the phone missing what people was saying and we waited for one hour and 30 mins. read more

I just attended a party That TasteBudz catered, and was very pleasantly surprised to be introduced to this company. First, this company donated all the food for this charity event to help underserved kids in our Las Vegas community, so big props to the owner Frederick just for that level of generosity from a new business! On to the food! I've been to a million parties with the same old finger food, but the TasteBudz Cajun inspired menu was a real treat and a great change of pace from the mundane. They served up a number of baby potatoes, all perfectly baked, with a big divot carved out that was stuffed with various themed mixes that included a Mexican taco combo, an amazing shrimp combo, along with other Cajun style dishes. The attendees scarfed these small stuffed potatoes up faster than they could come out of the oven. Absolutely delicious! They offer many other dishes including regular and giant sized entree stuffed potatoes, and lots of other goodies I'm excited to try, like the authentic Gumbo. Don't get me wrong: The food is really good, but the service? I ordered my food online to get picked up an hour ahead of time. I get there and the girl at the counter says it'll take 10 more minutes so we sit and wait. Almost 50 minutes later and the food hadn't even been made yet!! They only just noticed they were having a problem with online orders. Why wouldn't they notify us beforehand and tell us BEFORE we waited 50 minutes. Now we have to wait even longer for food that was ordered 2 hours ago. I read some of the reviews saying how the girl who takes orders is the daughter of the business manager. Maybe they need to hire people without nepotism so that they can fix the terrible customer service and wait time. read more

Can't say anything about the food because we didn't get to try it. We rode the bus from the strip all the way to North Las Vegas just to find out this place is closed. I checked for 2 days and it always says it's open. They weren't and no one answers the phone. Unless your driving call before you make plans to go all the way from the strip like we did.
