In February, 2024, I hired Get True to level my mobile home. I was told that it would be lifted 3 inches. I was shocked to see that they lifted it 12 inches and left a gap leaving the pipes exposed which burst. When I saw this they said it was my fault because I didn't purchase new skirting. I was not aware that this was going to be lifted 12 inches. I asked for it to be leveled, not lifted! Because of this I had a burst pipe. Water damaged the belly bag and assumedly the heat tape , because it was not working after the flood. They charged me $3500 dollars cash to repair the damaged belly bag, ad an additional step to the front and back door so I could get inside my house and fixed my skirting with old pieces they had laying around and the pieces that were on my house already. The repair was substandard, the skirting kept falling off just like the leveling they were hired to do. My house was never level and I asked them numerous times to come back and do what I paid them to do, they did come back but never accomplished what I paid them to do. The owner finally said it could not be leveled. I sent him a message and asked if you can't do the job I paid Get True to do, tell me who can. Austin, the owner of Get True sent me a message and told me to call Pro-Level. I called Pro Level. They came for a fraction of the price Get True charged and the job was done perfectly in only a few hours. I had Wilson Modular solutions as well as Pro-Level look at the belly bag. Both companies told me to have the belly bag re-inspected. It was a disaster and as recommended, I called Spyder Plumbing and Heating and had all of the work redone that. The damage that Get True caused to my house cost me to date around $12,000 including what they charged me to level my place , which they were unable to do. The belly bag repair had to be redone as they put the sensor inside the belly bag and just left the belly bag just hanging. This was a problem because the sensor would never turn on the heat tape sine it could not feel the temperature change. The heat tape did not work and there were various things that needed to be done to repair the damage caused by the burst pipe which was caused by being lifted to high and not being protected from the cold weather. I called my insurance , the requested information from Get True and in an email I got from Get True they said they fixed the damage caused to the belly bag was done for free, even though I have a signed receipt proving I paid him $3500 cash. So insurance refused to pay for the repair. They refused to acknowledge the signed receipt from Get True and the receipt from Spyder Plumbing and heating, All because Get True said they did it for free. I guess this was because he is working under the table and doesn't want to claim what he charged me. Buyer beware.! Do yourself a favor and call Pro-Level and get the job done right the first time! read more
