Sometimes they are super fast and kind. Other times, it seems that they are irritated that you walked in. I have never been here when it's busy. It's almost always deserted when I visit. If you choose to hang out, they do have many large tables inside. So Juicy is 100% better than a chain shop like Keva or Jamba, but I think there is certainly room for improvement in both service and pricing.
