I was doing lots of research on what company I was going to use ...to wrap my newer work trucks. There was a few company's I met with before walking into Get More Wraps. I seen lots of photos of the work they had, and i was impressed, I was convinced they could deliver the final product I was looking for. I'm very picky and needy when it comes to my company image. Rolando and his design team took the time and had lots of patience with me. They immediately invited me into the design room to get busy on fine tuning my logo. We got it just right through a few sessions, emails etc. We started with 100 Company T shirts (long sleeve, short sleeve , 50/50 blend, a few different colors) The shirts took a bit longer than expected, but I feel it was worth the wait. They came out great and the order was exact. We jumped into putting logos and a wrap on my trucks. They did it in a timely manner, worked with me a little on price, and delivered when they said they would. Again...Rolando's communication, emails, sending proofs, answering the phone and promptly getting back to me was very impressive to me. My experience was very good. They're friendly, helpful and navigated me in the right direction. The owner Anthony and his team will be getting more of my business when I'm ready for my other trucks. Good job guys. Unfortunately I did not work with this company long enough to see the quality of the work they produce, I have been dealing with them long enough to know that I will not be recommending or working with them in the future. I went in to order some T-Shirts for my business, the plan was to sit down with an artist and create a design. They immediately asked for a deposit of 50% Which I paid them, and immediately after that the system crashed. And the session was over. Rewind a week: I ordered shirts with another company and the shirts were not ready on time, this was the purpose for me visiting GMW, after I left GMW I received a call from my wife advising me the shirts that were previously ordered were ready and she was on her way to pick them up. I advised the receptionist at GMW, and they agreed to refund the deposit, the owner said he would give me cash because we paid cash. A few days later he said to come in and pick up a check. Fast forward: it's been over a week and still no refund only 3 failed trips to pick up the money. Not sure why this is so difficult, but definitely not what I expected based on the appearance of the business. And other reviews. read more

These guys are the best! Free artwork, that is usually an extra cost. So much more, plus they have a great design team and installers that pay attention to detail. They even sat with me for about an hour through the design process. Wow! That was a great experience. I am so busy as it is running my own company and trying to get everything finished in time. Before I get into my review, I am going to start by mentioning that I too am a business owner and I usually NEVER complain because as I know that sometimes you are gonna have clients that can't be satisfied. HOWEVER, I am NOT one of those clients but the way this business is ran, I must grade it on customer satisfaction, quality of the work and the most important part in doing business, communication. I brought my van down to these guys and at first, things started very well. Paige, the graphics girl was wonderful (hence they get a star for her service). Communication, attention to detail, all perfect. From there, all down hill. It took them 3 weeks to deliver the vehicle, which was not wrapped professionally. It looked like they were training people on the job, my van. I have a large square van (Ford E350), which should be one of the easiest to wrap. After I took delivery, within several days, I had bubbles all over the place, the hood and side creases in the van specifically. I called them immediately and they said to bring it in, it's no problem for them to repair. Keep in mind I live in Anaheim and they are in Ontario, not a short drive. Had to uber every time going there when leaving van behind. When I left it for second time, they said it will we ready within a day or two. A week goes by, no calls. As a matter of fact, they NEVER were the ones to first call me, only call back once I initiated contact. Every time I called, the guy answering the phone had no idea what I'm calling about and had to take a few minutes to check. I felt lost in the shuffle. It took them three weeks after I initiated several calls to tell me it's ready. When I finally got there, I was in shock that my van was almost in the same condition with bubbles on the hood and sides still. Three weeks, very little change. I was PISSED. The main guy tells me they are short on people and was upset they did such a shitty job. He told me that he's so sorry and wants to make it up to me. He told me that he PROMISES me that if I give him two weeks, he will come pick up my van and take care of it. Well, it's been over a month, no calls, no sign of life. Now should I initiate the communication as always or should I just go to small claims? Haven't made a decision yet. But one thing is clear, I highly highly DO NOT recommend this business for ANYTHING. read more

Very unprofessional. I placed an order for company polos on the 4th. I needed them for a special event for the first of the following month. I was told that I would have the shirts within two weeks delivered to my doorstep. Over three weeks went by and did not hear anything from them so I called them and they hadn't even started my job yet. My event was three days away and I had no shirts . I told them to just cancel the order. Instead of being apologetic and wanting to somehow find a solution they immediately told me there is no refunds and wanted to continue with the job that hadn't even been started yet. I've been meaning to write a review for this place. Mine is a mixed one because I have had several interactions with this business, some of them very good and others not so great. Great - We had this business re-wrap the hood of our lifted truck. It turned out great and the price was reasonable. We were very excited to find a new wrap specialist since our last one was getting really sloppy. Not so great - We run a haunted house that raises money for charity and we asked this business to donate some printed flyers for our event a couple of months in advance. They said they would do the printing for us, but when it came time to print them they told us that the owner had changed his mind (at the last minute). That sucked because at the last minute I had to pay $600 at fedex out of my own pocket. I already pay a lot for the event out of my own pocket, so this pissed me off a lot. If you say you are going to do something, do it. Or at the very least let someone know in time to find a different sponsor. Great - I planned my 20-year reunion and this business donated flyers and backdrops for the event. One of the people that works for this company was a member of my class (small world, isn't it?). I was pleased to see that they decided to donate the flyers and backdrops at the last minute. They backdrops and flyers looked amazing. I was very impressed with the high level of quality as well as the generosity of the company. Okay - I have a wrapped Dodge Challenger with a pretty complex wrap on it. The wrap got torn in the back and so we brought it by to have them take a look at it. They were unable to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it. I think the wrap design may have been too complex for them, or maybe they just didn't know how to fix it. So I took it somewhere else instead. I really was pleased with the quality of work of this business. We were starting to refer all of our friends to this place for vehicle wraps. I have two wrapped vehicles. However, the whole thing with them deciding not to donate at the last minute makes me reluctant to use them again in the future and I stopped referring people to them. I like to be able to rely on people's word. I'm not sure if we will or not, but after their recent donation to the high school reunion I was involved with I might be willing to give this place another shot. read more

Everything started very well, blah blah blah we do the wrap for your vehicle, everybody was very friendly and helpful. At the designing and approval process, I was given a bogus invoice in which the warranty didn't specify what I was verbally told by salesman, also invoice didn't specify the scope of work and time of completion (big red flag) I was ask to pay for in full for the job (another big red flag) and I said no I would do 50% now than the remaining upon completion. I was scheduled for installation the following week. Once ready I got a call to go pick up my vehicle, boy I paid for a wrap and got sticker s on top of my wrap and parts of Vehicle removed and not reinstalled. I got a agitated because that wasn't what I was promised. I spoke to the owner about my concerns he pretty much said with a sarcastic tone that's what you get take or leave it. He doesn't value or care about customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Update: I received a phone call from the owner on 3/3/15 and this is what he said to me " I'm calling you because you put a bad review on yelp, and that's fine, freedom of speech whatever but if anything happens to your vehicle Im not giving you warranty" this just reinforces what a just previous said, this business doesn't value or care about customers. AVOID HEADACHES WITH THIS PLACE, TAKE YOUR PROJECT TO A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. read more

I used them last year for hats and custom shirts. They were super slow. This year I noticed the building was vacant. I wanted my digital logo file so I called them. The owner told me a long story about why he moved. He also so told me he didn't have my logo file but insured me he would create it for free and custom design my shirts again. I took a trip to the new location and explain the situation to a guy at the counter. He sent me in the back with a designer. I sat with him for about 10 mins or so to let him know what I was looking for. I explained to him I needed the shirts by December 1st for our company Christmas party. He told me he would have something for me by the end of the day. Cool right? Wrong! When I emailed them Mirna they were so busy and I would have something soon. When I finally got the sample designs they looked like they were taken from "clip art". NO where even close..... I emailed the designer and got more "CLIP ART". Never again .... so much for shirts for my company party! read more

Took my Rzr to The crew over at Get more wraps and all I can say is wow. I am a pretty picky person and the designer Flavio spent as much time with me as I needed to make up my mind on design. We probably made 10 changes before I finally had something I liked. And not one complaint from him and he never made me feel rushed. I will definitely be returning for future work. read more

This company is no good at wrapping side by sides of any kind. They lied about their time frame be ready and when it was ready for pickup The Wrap was terrible with all kinds of bubbles and cuts were there were not to be cut. They had to rewrap my side by side 3x and all three times they had bubbles and they cut in all the wrong places I would never go back to them again. A week later after I finally picked it up after a month in one week which is a promise it will be done in a few days I took it home and I found there were bolts and nuts missing on my razr. The worst thing of all is that the owner does not even pay attention to his employees to see the type of work that they do. I would never recommend anybody to this place especially my friends. They do a good talk but when it's time for the finished product they are terrible if you need to get a real rap go to Gator wraps they do specialize on side by sides. I just hate that we pay good money to get a crappy job like this and worst of all they tell you to bring it back so they can fix it and what for so they can give you another crappy job. My advice don't waste your time and go there the price is not good and your work is even worse read more

My wife just ordered 144 t-shirts for a very important occasion a MS mud run .proofs look good but when it came down to picking up the shirts it change from our final proof color font and logos call the owner he was out of town our mud run is Saturday morning 7 AM he told me to bring the T-shirts back he would refund our money it is Friday night we run tomorrow at 7 AM if I bring them back how do I know I will get paid so I am stuck with the shirts he doesn't want to discount them at all worst of all this was cash only needed the money upfront to go pick up the T-shirts I got the wrong color T-shirts we didn't know any of this till we went this morning to pick them up anybody in any kind of business knows that customer service is everything I called hoping he would discount them maybe $200 to make my wife happy he pretty much told me no if anybody reads this on yelp I would stay clear away from this place would not do any business with them because it'll never turn out like it's supposed to.
