They deserve no stars. BEWARE of American Wrap shop & Cali Wrap Shop in RC. Any business w/Anthony is a HUGE MISTAKE. Our experience w/this company was negative from the beginning. We unfortunately had given a deposit already of $800.00. We lost much more with our company vehicles sitting at their location at 9038 Hellman St RC for about 1 month. First wrap was wrong. We had to wait until they removed and replaced. Our vehicles were left unlocked when we went to check on them. What a huge inconvenience. Anyone knows if you're running a business if those trucks are not on the road moving. You are losing $$. Do yourself a favor and do not make same mistake we did. So i was given the task of finding a Graphic Shop that provided vehicle wraps. My Church wanted to wrap our van. I called 4 shops for estimates in the Inland Empire. Although American Wrap Shop (AWS) was not the lowest price, their kindness and professionalism in helping me understand the dynamics of this job went a long way into making them our choice. On the day we brought the vehicle in they priced match our lowest quote anyway. We submitted our own design and they say before the job was complete we realized we made an error in the design. I sent an email on a Holiday at 11pm. To my surprise someone responded! We were able to correct things and when we received our vehicle we were ecstatic with the finished product. AWS will be THE ONLY recommendation for this type of work. He does not want you to file a claim after you find out that he will not deliver what he has promised you. He is full of excuses and his Custmore service is HORRIBLE. Unprofessional. Took my car in to get a chrome delete and tint wrap. & it came out with lime green discoloring on the hood of my car. The owner Anthony Steger Didnt want to take the blame for it and told me I'm going to have to sue him. I had to paint the whole hood of my car back black.
