    Stay far away from this place! They have pleasant personalities but dont look out for your best…read moreinterest. Sold me a car for $15,000, come to find out the car was only worth $8,000!!! Very high interest rate. Rear headrests missing, no floor mats. I tried to trade it in and the other dealerships said I needed $5,000 down payment because the car was not worth nearly the amount that was financed. Other dealership told me they were suprised a finance company did such a horrible car deal. Speaking of finance companies, Prestige financial is the finance company that new start auto uses. They harrass there customers. They call several times each day even when the payment is only one day behind. They send mulitiple emails and text messages everyday which is a violation of FDCPA law. I know this because I use to be a collector for "big" banks. Anyhow, I got so fustrusted dealing with them. I gave the car back. But now I have a new car

Not only did they help me get into a new beautiful car but they also helped me on a personal level. I was in the middle of a terrible chapter 13 bankruptcy and they offered help by referring me to an amazing law firm and refilling for Chapter 7. They really have the best interest at heart for the customer. Jenny Taylor is the most sincere person I have ever worked with and I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. If you want a great car and a great experience this is the place to be!!!

We came in today to open up a checking account for my daughter, who just turned 12. While we were putting in some money into her savings account, the teller (Abbi) asked about our summer plans. I told her not sure because we were in the process of selling our house. She told me to definitely look into mortgage loans through them because they have really good rates. She put me in contact with Matt Stewart, who did a great job giving me all the information I needed. Also, Chris helped us set up the checking account and he was kind and walked my daughter and myself through it all. There was also a new worker learning "the ropes" (didn't get his name, sorry!) who was very helpful and attentive to our needs (even asking if I needed him to walk my son out to the car where my husband was picking him up) and letting us know about getting our free coffee. All of them made a point to tell us goodbye as we were leaving. All in all, I'm very pleased with this bank's customer service, not to mention the sweet young lady that always greets us each time (I cannot remember her name either, sorry!).

Additionally, I like that their interest rates, on their CDs for example, are always current and generous and that they offer numerous opportunities to really save and grow your money for both short and long term. I have direct deposit with them since opening the account. My wife has direct deposit with NFCU as well. I can honestly say, when I sent an email asking why the closure, they said the "system" does random credit checks when a card is about to expire and the "system" determined that I no longer qualified. HUH? The "system" that approved me years ago, they "system" hat could never find a late payment if they tried..... ok all of a sudden, I don't qualify. Well I did a background check and determined NFCU doesn't qualify to continue to receive me and my wife's direct deposit. We know you won't care because you are the number one credit union in the country... we get it. So now I am looking for the number 4-5 best credit union. #4 or #5 credit union will want to catch up to NFCU, there fore, their customer service, their way of treating customers right just may be better. So long NFCU, judging by the way you treated me, I would say you are glad to get rid of me and that is totally fine with me.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience with Frost Bank customer service. My account was suddenly…read morelocked for "fraud" with no call or warning--just completely cut off from my own money. When I called in, I spent over 45 minutes being transferred around and repeating myself. I answered all of their security questions and verified my identity, yet they still wouldn't unlock my account. Instead, they asked me to prove details about a declined Zelle--who I was sending money to, the exact amount, and even what type of business the recipient was in. That felt excessive after already confirming who I am. Then I was told my IP address didn't match, as if I'm not allowed to log in from different locations. To make matters worse, one of the reps repeatedly called me "mister," which showed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. And this isn't the first issue I've had--when I originally opened the account, the branch couldn't even set up three debit cards correctly. I had to go back twice just to get them reissued properly. Even after all of this, they still required me to drive to a branch in person to resolve the issue. I have two business accounts with them, and after this experience, I will be closing both and moving to a bank that actually provides efficient, competent customer service. Completely disappointing.
