My Southwest Salad (chopped romaine lettuce, taco beef, tomatoes, avocado, olives, jalapeños, cojita cheese, tortilla strips with tapitio ranch dressing) was fresh and delicious. My husband's cheeseburger (1/3 lb angus beef patty, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pickle, and mayonnaise) was cooked exactly as ordered and seasoned nicely. The side of fries was good, too. Staff were friendly. Our waitress checked in with us regularly. The dining area is spacious; boothes and tables were available.

I've gotten a bakery snack at the counter before and everything was fine there. But this latest visit I found myself starving and decided to have a quick sit down lunch inside the cafe. As expected the staff were incredibly welcoming. The dining room was very clean. My order was taken quickly and food arrived with very little wait. Three stars there. The food, though... Oof. I had a California Grilled Cheese. Bacon, avocado, cheese, tomato on sourdough and a side of fries. The sandwich didn't taste great, something seemed off about the cheese. The fries were ok, a little dry. I only ate about a quarter of the sandwich. It was no surprise that I had an upset stomach a short time later. The other thing I didn't like about the cafe was how dark and depressing it was. While I appreciate the cleanliness, the decor made me feel kind of sad. The menu overall offers a variety of breakfast items, lots of hamburgers, and a variety of other dishes. Nothing exciting and about what you would expect. Jackson Rancheria puts so much pride into everything else and it's a little sad to see the food quality be neglected.

It doesn't look like much but this place is rocking some flavor profile options…read more Home made pasta, fresh salad makings, soup options, and the meatball or tri tip sandwich with spicy aoli. There are other things here too. I got the meatball sandwich and threw on provolone and pepper jack as well. Then they toasted it! The meatball's were huge! I could not stop eating it! I was full after half but it was so good I just kept eating... when the last bite was gone I was stuffed! But it was sooo good! It could have used some peppers on it... just something to give it a zing. Not a ton Maybe some Pepperoncinis or something. Don't get me wrong the flavor was fantastic but I just wanted some heat to it. The spicy aoli was good but I wanted a bit more bite. They would have put them on I'm sure.... I just didn't ask for them. The place is slow.... One person behind the counter doing it all when I was here. The dine in area is nothing fancy or elegant, but man this sandwich was the hoopty doopty! Theres food was 5 star worthy... the reason for the 3 stars is they need more than 1 person at lunch time rush, and the dining area is well less then exciting. Stop in and taste the exceptional flavors... you'll thank me for telling you about it!

They were so so easy to communicate with, very adaptable and professional. We picked our meals that we liked from the sample menus, and made some adaptations for allergies. The buffet they set out was gorgeous, and bountiful. Meats, breads, salads, sauces... It was all delicious. The only thing I would advise is if you have vegetarians, be sure to request vegetarian proteins for them, not just "no meat" ( ie tofu, beans). The chef team had to travel to get to our site, and we were thrilled that they could accommodate us. We have already planned to use them again next year!

The tri tip and Lemon Cream Chicken was so delicious that many guests asked for seconds! My favorite was the bourbon glazed carrots, but many people mentioned that the cranberry vinigrette on the salad was the bomb! I could go on and on about the food. They were flawless in the execution, matched the brides colors, and added twinkle lights too! They left the kitchen clean and in great shape. I very enthusiastically recommend this caterer if you want a worry free and delicious event.

Did a quick Yelp search, and found Blue Door Bakery and let's just say, I'm glad I did! They bake everything the morning before they open, so everything we got was super hot and fresh. I went with a sourdough loaf, their garden focaccia, and their best selling morning bun. The morning bun was delicious, and I don't even like morning pastries. Great with a coffee. The sourdough bread was as good as the reviews said they were. We made multiple sandwiches at home with them and with their house made vinaigrette (definitely order a side of this), it elevated the at-home sandwiches to another level. The garden focaccia was solid but not my favorite, it did go well with the pasta we made though. I wish they sold their sandwich focaccia bread as a standalone though. I was chatting with some other people in line and they saying how they go for their sandwiches because their vinaigrette and focaccia bread was so good, so definitely plan on ordering a sandwich next time around! If you are in the area and craving some delicious carbs and baked goods, definitely worth checking out.
