Yes, it's first come first serve -- but we went DEEP - as in, a tasting, me verbally saying we will sign, and also multiple contract clarification questions -- absolutely NO heads up regarding time sensitivity or urgency -- I wasn't aware at all they were asking another client to delay signing because of me. I wish they gave an FYI "others are considering your date, this is time sensitive".
